Worst Pizza Hut ever tried calling store because our pizza was 40% dough. They hung up on me 4 times, then closed. Wow is all I can say. My husband and I are truck drivers and we got dough to eat for dinner. I called and they said they would replace the order then never sent the order out tried calling and that was when I was hung up on 4 times,once by the manager. I’m trying to get a refund and no reply. Didnt relies Pizza Hut hated their customers. Pizza Hut is closed this is what we get to eat to night. Pics of pizza and pics of my eight wings, doesnt look like 8 wings to me

Over the last 6 months this location is going down hill. My first complaint was a couple months ago when I ordered a pan pizza and one regular hand tossed and both were hand tossed. They said the next time I order I will get 20% off my order. The second complaint was the next time I tried to order about a week later the app said store was closed. So I looked it up on the internet. The website said it was open. So I called the number it rang and customer service picked up and said weird the app does say closed but the website says open. He asked what I wanted and I told him the big dinner box. He said okay let me transfer you to the store. He transferred me to the store and it rang and rang tell it sent me back to customer service. I told them I’m going to order from a different pizza company, because nobody is answering and what’s going on. So I got pizza from a different company and three hours later the store called me and said I had a big dinner box cold and needed to pay for it. I explained what happened and the manager apologised and said next time I will have a $10 credit. So yesterday I ordered one medium hand tossed pizza and one original pan pizza. When I got to the store to pay and pick up my order the new manager informed me the discount of 20% was gone because they are only good for 60 days. So I told her there should also be a $10 credit from a month ago. She said there was no credit of $10. But she will give me $5 off. Because she has to follow company policies. And she cannot verify the credit. No body had told me discounts or credits expired after 60 days. So I paid and got home and opened the pizza’s. Both were hand tossed pizza’s they didn’t get my order right again one was supposed to be a original pan pizza! So at this point it’s worth buying pizza from another company close by or drive further to a different location of pizza hut. But most likely will be ordering from a different pizza company! I use to order pizza here a couple times a week!

I ordered carry out and made the mistake of not opening the box until I got home. 2 pieces had no cheese or toppings on them. Called the store to let them know and it’s closed.
They obviously knew the pizza looked like that when they cut it and still sent it out the door. Poor experience.

I just went in there at 11:30 and say hi to both of the people working inside. They both looked at me and said nothing, so I sat down and waited. It is now 11:50 and they are both hiding in the back somewhere. Close at 12. very professional.

Bacon ranch chicken flatzz missing the cheese. Cardboard-like. Unfriendly lady at register says, “all pizzas in the oven. We will notify you when they come out,” like an unsmiling robot to each customer not letting them ask any questions. No greeting. Wow. Welcome to you too!

Absolutely terrible food, terrible customer service, terrible everything, the only good thing about this bad bad bad store was the door dash driver dont ever order from this store worse experience ive ever had in more then 20 years, I travel for work and ive ordered from 1000’s places in the us and always order my food to my hotels, this place needs definitely needs new management

Great pizza! Bad problem resolution. Wish we never had a problem in the first place. Our breadsticks were horrible, they cooked bread plain. I understand that a mistake can be made, but I expect some quality control, it’s hard to miss. We called, and were put on hold, so we drove down, but the manager just laughed at us for being on hold for so long and said it just went to a call center, even though it was a local answer when we called in. He wouldn’t even listen to the problem or offer any solution, and went out back, ignoring us. I suppose there are a whole set of difficulties when short handed, but that’s no excuse for the behavior of the general manager. Double check your order real close!!!

Ordered door dash nothing against the driver for door dash this is strictly pizza hut problem I ordered my food around 5 pm just wings and my driver didn’t even get to leave the store till 630pm he got the about 5 10 pm this is slow lazy service and its not a new thing for this location most of the reviews are one star but when the food eventually got to me it was barely Luke warm do better pizza hut oh And they forgot the cajun , fries when all said and done
