We ordered for delivery at 5:35 pm, was told our pizza would be delivered around 6:04. Initially an Uber Eats driver told us that someone else took our order, and that the store had to remake it, then apparently that driver didn’t wait for it to be done and another driver got assigned to it. 2 hours after we ordered, the pizza finally came. We ordered two medium pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni. You can see it on the receipt. And we ordered a set of breadsticks and cinnamon sticks plus two 20 oz sodas. But instead they gave us 3 pizzas, one of which wasn’t a pepperoni but a supreme and none of the pizza was fresh. Along with that, the pizza crust isn’t fully cooked. Not good at all.
Yeah, will never go here again and feel like I should get a refund for the total lack of inconvenience and total disregard of a customer.

So yummy! Pizza hut had so many yummy pizzas for all of our crew! Natalia was so kind to us, helpful, patient answering all of our questions too! Good employees who care about their customers are hard to find these days!

This Pizza Hut location is one of the best! The food is always delicious and made to order. We constantly return because it’s one of the best pizza places in eagle mountain and there are a lot to choose from. I love that we can order online and pull up to the drive through to pick it up. The service is usually great here as well. If you haven’t had the tavern pizza, I highly recommend it!

The environment is great and the pizza was good. The ordering process was difficult and picking up at the drive-thru led me inside to find my order. The drive-thru shift manager didn’t have a clue and the staff inside appeared way over their heads with rush hour. I’m confident they’ll only get better. For now I’ll be patient.

Such a disappointment. The pizza was gross and such a thin crust that the cardboard box had more thickness. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and some pastas. The pasta weren’t any better. They looked like they’ve been sitting on a heat tray all day long. Will not be going back and will not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!! They only use door dash to deliver and it is a joke. My pizza showed up a disaster. DoorDash texted me and said driver handed me the food. No they didn’t. So I opened my front door and there is cheese on my porch next to the box and under the box(looks like the pizza was dropped). I opened the box and it was everywhere, with the sauces broken. It was also missing a piece of pizza!! I went back to the store to get a replacement but was told it goes through door dash so they can’t offer a refund. Which is frustrating paying the delivery charge and the tip. Then having to go pick it up myself to get it correct. Contacted door dash after leaving and they told me that DoorDash can’t do the refund it has to come from the store. I told them what the store told me and they said they would be contacting them to refund the money and try it that way.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but hopefully this will be an opportunity for this location to improve. We’ve had great pizza from this same location, but the two we received tonight are two of the worst pizzas we’ve ever had from any pizza place. We ordered 2 stuff crust pizzas. As you can see in the picture a nickel had more thickness than the crust, cheese, sauce and pepperoni combined. It’s nearly as hard as a rock and tastes like cardboard. This experience has left us extremely disappointed and hungry. Hopefully management can get these issues resolved. We won’t be going back until then.
