The restaurant itself is great, but I ordered online only to be charged and not have the order go through to the store. I contacted corporate, who were completely unhelpful.
Wound up going to the restaurant and ordering (ultimately paying twice). Completely not the restaurant’s fault, but a miserable experience nonetheless.
I would recommend not ordering online. Call or go in instead.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut. I ordered extra regular ranch, but when I got home, they had given me their pickled ranch instead which my girlfriend and I don’t care for at all. I also paid for extra icing for my cinnamon rolls, and they only gave me one.
When I tried to request a refund through the app for the missing/incorrect sauces, the location called me just to tell me they couldn’t refund me because I used Apple Pay, and could only offer store credit instead. After paying extra for items I didn’t even receive (or got the wrong version of), that’s just unacceptable.
Between the wrong items, missing items, and lack of proper customer service, I don’t plan on returning to this location again.

My go-to pizza place wasn’t taking online orders for whatever reason. Even though I had taken a break from the hut a while back because I wasn’t getting a very high quality product for the money I was paying I decided to give them a try again. I may have to reconsider my go-to Pizza place! I ordered 20 minutes before close (sorry!) and got this beautiful pizza, super hot, delivered very quickly, by the kindest human. Great job and great Zah!

Trick or Treat? Total Trick. I order a personal pan with cupped pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, extra cheese. Got 4 pieces regular pepperoni on the whole thing. Nothing else and paid for it. Terrible. Said my order was ready so I show up at drive thru and told never even started and would be another 20 mins. Bad! Very bad!

Delivery driver was nice. Pizza has sauce on it thought. We order extra sauce because we know they only put a few drops on it, even with the “extra” in the order. Is this really an Idaho thing? No pizza place here puts sauce on the pizza?!
