Fantastic Food & Service! Classic delicious pizza with enough new topping choices to give pizza night an exciting flare! Some of the other reviews had me a little worried, but Haze and his team delivered a perfect pizza night experience! Food was hot, ready, just the way I ordered it. Restaurant was clean, organized and well stocked. The cashier Scott was very courteous and professional. The manager Haze personally handed me my pizza and thanked me for coming in. I had to ask who made my pizza as they did an outstanding job, so shout out to Shelby for rocking it! I will definitely be back for more!

Makes me pay the maximum amount of money they can and then gives me the smallest complete rip off amount of it. $7.41 for a personal pan and gives you the smallest 4 wings and pizza slices. If you want to keep your customers and have them go back maybe put a couple more quantity of what they payed for instead of disappointing them with the bare minimum while getting the most of their money out of it. *one piece was already ate in the photo

Ordered the big New Yorker with peppers and onions and I see Peppers but no onions and there’s definitely like no cheese on this that you can tell. Probably the thinnest driest choked down pizza I’ve ever seen in my life. One guy at the counter and the place was slammed. Came in to pick up my pizza took it home and luckily I bought extra marinara so I could spread it on there and grab some Bag cheese and throw it in my air fryer trying to give it some moisture so I didn’t waste all of my money. Definitely will never order this or go to this place again. And no place to Park to try to pick it up because it’s in a very bad location. This town is growing so much you should build a bigger one and have a restaurant like the old days cuz this is for the birds and the delivery guys will not be getting your pizza there anytime soon because of their horrific traffic on State Street

I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and the customer service. The pizza dough seemed so old that it didn’t cook properly and just crumbled apart. On top of that, the toppings were extremely sparse – only 8-9 pieces of pepperoni and just a few pieces of mushroom on a large pizza. The taste was bland and unappetizing.
To make matters worse, when I tried to address my concerns with the store, no one answered the phone, and I was transferred to a customer service representative in another state. The lack of accountability and poor customer service only added to my frustration.
Overall, I would not recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut location based on my experience. The subpar quality of the food and the lack of responsiveness from the staff make it clear that there are better pizza options out there. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for your next pizza craving. Delivery driver is great, only good experience!

The app didn’t work correctly, so I ended up with a pizza I did not order. The manager was great and remade it quickly to what we needed it to be. Thank you for taking care of us and making our kids super happy tonight.

We order from the Star location regularly, having used carry out and delivery (note: they do sometimes use door dash for delivery) and are very happy with the service and food at this location. The staff is always helpful and polite and quick to fix the rare issue, often proactively. On one occasion the manger even brought a component of our carry out order that was missed to our house! Talk about going above and beyond!

I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms with thin crust. It was the worst pizza. I paid 60 cents for extra cheese and there was no extra cheese on my pizza. The crust tasted like I was eating cardboard or at least that is what the texture felt like. I have given this Pizza Hut two tries and both times my pizza was horrible.

The pizzas were burnt and had sauce all ove the crust, slices were so unevenly cut. Looks like its made by a tweeker. I called the Store. They sent a remake. That one came even worse. I called and Jake Grant who claims to be the general manager told me that the pizzas sent were made by him and they are the Pizza Hut Standard. I have bought pizzahut for years and have never seen anything like this. He called it the imperfectly perfect pizza. He said thats how they are supposed to look. Then he proceeded to hang up on me. This is unacceptable and the amount of money I spent and the pizza and service I had to deal with is unacceptable and there is no way I will go back to Pizza Hut again. He told me that is the pizza i should expect everytime, so no thanks.
