I didn’t catch her name but the lady working on 1/3/26 was fantastic! Her customer service was something we’ve never experienced at this location. There is usually a problem with our order at this location. Arriving last night there was a problem but I was the one that made the mistake when ordering. She didn’t even hesitate to make it right for us, we offered to pay for the extra pizza but she refused to let us. She was friendly with every customer that came in and when employees go above and beyond they should be recognized!

Writing this post to talk specifically about the Flynn group that owns this establishment. I ordered at 11pm and was promised a delivery around 11:29. I called after around 12:10 when the store was closed, only for a kind individual to tell me that they don’t shedule drivers past 10:30 and just pray doordash will pick up orders. I ended up waiting for my food over an hour only for it to never arrive, the store to close, as well as having to wait 3-5days to get my money back. This is a horrible way to run a business, both with the lack of staffing, and allowing you to even place an order in the online system. This seem like obvious holes in management that would cause frustration to consumers that the poor employees have to deal with the fallout.

I ordered take out online for a personal pan pizza with wings and cheesy breadsticks. They called and let me know they were out of cheesy breadsticks which was fine. So they took it off the order. But when I arrived home with my box and opened my pizza, it was not what I ordered. I called and told them I didn’t have the correct item and they told me they made it a melt instead. I’m frustrated that 1. They didn’t just call me again and say we can’t make you a personal pizza
2. They didn’t mention when I picked it up that my order was different from what I placed online.

I have been craving stuffed crust pizza for weeks. This was the first time in months I decided to eat somewhere other than my home.
I hop online and order my stuffed crust pizza and wing deal plus another plain cheese pizza. After the tip, it came to $60.
This is the picture of my pizza. The cheese was worse. I put an orero next to it and the oreo was thicker. I cannot believe I paid $60 (after an 18% tip) for this trash.
Take a little pride in what you do, or close your business. Consumers who spend their hard earned money deserve better than this.

Ordered food waited and showed up . Then waited 10 mins at the counter to be acknowledged they were out of , breadsticks. And pan pizza crust . Never even made my order. No joke this was my first time trying this place since before covid after my last bad experience. Maybe 2030 I’ll be back

I ordered delivery and they site said my order would be delivered at 12:20. I clicked the link provided and come to find out they use door dash. My driver wasn’t even going to make it to Pizza Hut by 12:40. I called and spoke to someone and asked about my order. It’s been ready and waiting I was told. I asked about the quality of food that’s been sitting so long and the only thing is was offered was to come in and he would change the order to take out. By the time I or anyone else can get my food will have been sitting for over half an hour. This is a joke. I see why they have the review standing they do. Garbage problem solving and customer service. Won’t be back

Long story short our daughter loves Pizza Hut so we’ve tried to like this Pizza Hut but we will never order from the again

Undercooked food.
When trying to get ahold of them they do not answer and get transferred to an 800 number.. get told we have a credit on our account for all the mess ups. And of course we don’t.
