I honestly had one of the best customer service experiences ever at this location! There seems to be a known glitch in the app that randomly removes toppings, and unfortunately that’s exactly what happened to me. I ordered a New Yorker pizza with pepperoni, but it somehow went through as just plain cheese .
When I called to let them know, they were incredibly understanding and didn’t give me a hard time at all. They immediately offered to remake the pizza free of charge, which I truly appreciated. Izzy helped me out, and she was absolutely amazing — so friendly, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole situation .
What impressed me even more was that this all happened right at the start of the Super Bowl , so I know they must have been extremely busy. Even with the rush, they had my fresh pizza ready in just 15 minutes! That level of efficiency and professionalism really stood out. Huge thanks to the team for turning a small issue into such a positive experience!

The customer service was the best I’ve had so far at this location. Apparently the app is having a known glitch where it sometimes takes off toppings which happened to me yesterday. I called at told them there was no pepperoni on my New Yorker pizza I order. It apparently came through as just cheese. They remade my pizza free of charge and were super cool about it. I worked with Izzy and she was super nice and understanding! Even though it was right at the beginning of the Super Bowl and I’m sure they were busy, they had my new pizza made and ready for me in 15 minutes!

I don’t want to even give this one star. I’m a little shocked at what happened tonight. I called and ordered pizza for delivery the guy said… After I had already paid, I’m not sure how long it will be because we don’t have a driver and I don’t know if door dash can pick it up right away. Well I decided okay we’ll see you what happens even though he’s told me 25 minutes before I paid and then the delivery driver was great they came quick I opened the pizza and about died. It was burnt it literally barely had any kind of cheese on it I called the store and the guy said well that’s how hand tossed is I said first of all I didn’t want hand tossed I wanted pan and no I don’t think this is how and tossed is supposed to be and he said well I guess I can give you a $5 credit that way the next time I see you, you will never see me again. None of my family ate the pizza I have two boxes of pizza The whole thing of breadsticks and chicken wings that were supposed to be bone in but they’re boneless sitting on my counter that I will be taking to the store tomorrow and they can have it back cuz it was disgusting

It’s food from a Pizza Hut. Reasonable food. Not the greatest. But don’t have a problem you need them to solve because they don’t care about customer service at all. I mean, they kind of live up to their reputation. I would venture to say they’re the Walmart of pizza. Used to be pretty good, but went downhill fast in the last couple decades, and they really don’t care about the customer anymore. And their drivers are usually door dash, so you should order take out instead of delivery if you have the option.

This is the worst pizza hut location I’ve ever been. Total nightmare. Nobody cares a damn to take my order. All of the staff acted like there was no one standing when I even called out standing in front of the counter. It took me about 10 minutes to get someone’s attention to get the order placed. Definitely should avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve given them chance after chance after chance and this time was it for me. I ordered extra meat and this is what I got . Then they didn’t bring my sprite and of course had to run back and get it at the store every time I’ve ever used them there’s something wrong. The pizza was cold too which is why it’s in the oven . I tasted it and it’s. Nasty but I’m hungry and I’m not going to call again and tell them what else went wrong it’s a waste of time

Ordered Pizza with double toppings and of course arrives with regular and when telling the manager about it just mentioning it as a better attention to detail request not a rebate and she refused to listen and talked over me so never again will I order from Pizza Hut because they have definitely gone down hill.

Doesn’t matter the time or day… Seems like every time we order something its wrong. Here is an example of my latest… my kids cannot eat any of this chicken now because it’s too spicy
(24 pieces) and I don’t have the time to always go back and get my order straightend out. The staff is always friendly and kind. The food always tastes good. Attention to detail is all I’m saying 🙂
