Our online order said it was ready to be picked up at 7:20. We waited 20 minutes for them to give us my salad that only had lettuce and tomatoes. Then waited 5 more minutes for them to tell us they forgot our breadsticks and it would take another 10 minutes. We left without the breadsticks. But wait it gets better, my husband was eating the wings and they were raw. Wouldn’t waist your time there. Tonight was a struggle.

When we first arrived, my husband went to wash his hand, and there was no soap in the men’s room. When we told the staff about it, she acted like she did not care and did not replenish it during the time we were there. It could have been attended to as it was not busy. The pizza was terrible. It tasted like it was a reheated frozen pizza. We eat at different Pizza Huts as we travel because we are confident that we will get a quality meal. This pizza was so bad that we started laughing. As we were leaving, my husband asked if they had changed the recipe or something. The server asked why, and he responded that it was really quite bad. No response. We could not finish the pizza.

For a small town pizza joint, they were fast, friendly and fresh! As we left a day of fishing in the Uinta Mountains, 3 hungry men decided we needed a pizza. One of us called in the order to go as soon as we got cell service. We were 15 minutes away and the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. Impeccable timing. I’ll most likely be doing this again after a day of fishing!

Honestly I love pizza hut pizza but this last visit yesterday left me quite disappointed. Some of the toppings I ordered were not on the pizza and my points were never loaded to my rewards account even though the employee said she had fixed it. I hope that next time I order it will be perfect.

Great service!! Our group of 17 men who had been backpacking for four days and decided to stop here for some real food again. I called and placed our order about 20 minutes before arriving. When we walked into the restaurant, the staff had moved their dining tables together so we could all sit as a group. They had also placed a plates and utensils around the table. Best of all, our pizzas were ready to eat. The staff was incredible and the pizzas were delicious.

Small things go a long ways in my opinion!!! My son dropped his personal pan pizza shortly after leaving pizza hut, and was supper bummed out. With out hesitation, they made him another one free of charge. Just want to let the staff know i greatly appreciate it!!!

We have been buying pizza here for over 20 yrs, either on our way to our cabin or on our way home. Love the Supreme pan pizza, not sure what this is but it doesn’t have hardly anything on it! Picked up on the way to Manila, what disappointment when I got home and opened it, won’t make that mistake again!!!

I’m not sure if this deserves even one star. We used to love Pizza Hut…it was clean, food was good, service was good…what the hell has happened? Who is the manager and what are you doing to better serve your customers? How disappointing to be excited for something and it’s trashy and very poor quality.

Pizza Hut used to be soon good.
Unfortunately it has gone way down hill. Hardly any cheese on our pizzas..more cheese was on our bread sticks than on the pizza!? The marinara side was so sweet..isn’t it a savory sauce!? Come on Pizza Hut! Bring back the Hut!! Quit jumping over dimes to save pennies! Charging for cheese and peppers!! Your not McDonalds…are you??

I have eaten here many times and as usual the service is extremely slow and part of my order gets misplaced or forgotten. The salad bar is out of everything and it seems everytime I place an order they are out of something on the menu such as mushrooms or personal pans. It also smells bad due to the fryer being out in the front cook area. There seems to be plenty of help in the back but only one waitress running around trying to help everyone. I am not sure what has happened to this place, I grew up in this area and even worked here when I was in high school, it used to be one of my favorite places to eat but now I would much rather grab a cardboard pizza. They definitely need a good manager!
