Called and ordered a large stuff crust double pepporoni COULDNT BELIEVE 34.49 the kid on phone before i hung up wanted to charge my card without giving me the total then he asked me if i wanted to leave a tip wich i never do unless i see pizza first etc Pizza was very good but high priced the kid i believe on the phone tryed but not very good on the phone!

I use to buy 32 boneless wings a few times a month, went in a week ago to get 32 wings on wing Wednesday the wings sale day, went from $ 36.00 with discounts, senior citizens discount, to $ 49.00, Pizza hut you just lost a long time customer, no more discounts on anything, good luck with your outrageous prices.

Online order did not go through properly. Employee reput the order through when I arrived for pickup. Was told numerous times that I would not be charged again as we were already charged. Went back through when order should have been ready to pickup order. Different employee was at window this time and I explained what I was there for and he told me the order total. I explained that I had already paid and he told me he had to have payment to proceed. I explained that I had been told I would not be charged again. He insisted that I provide payment even though I showed all confirmation information with payment. I was then informed refund would be received in 48 hours. I stated that I had been lied to and that I should not shop there. He very rudely told me that webster dictionary definition states that I was not lied to. I drove away and he was yelling out window as I was all the way to street. I was told best advice from them is to go inside if I want pizza. I asked so I need to pay twice and I have already wasted a hour waiting for the pizza from them and they refused to attempt to make it right. I left with no pizza, wasted hour and $52 charge.

The staff was very friendly and understanding about the experience but it looked like someone beat this pizza with a baseball bat for a half hour and threw it in the box. Also it had multiple hairs in it. I will never order from here again.

Me and my family were pretty excited to go eat stuffed crust pizza that we love from Pizza Hut but when we got there the building was empty. There were pizzas in the oven but they were overlapped so I’m pretty sure they were burning. The buffet food was still there and we arrived at 2. Couple tables still hadn’t been cleaned. There were two lady workers outside smoking and they did see us come in , it was pretty upsetting that they just ignored business for themselves too. Hopefully they get better management because we love Pizza Hut !

Cold pizza and rude staff do not recommend, inside was dirty and staff took forever to even acknowledge me, think they where outside smoking, place also smelled of marijuana, when the staff finally came to the counter.

in general I don’t believe that the corporations decisions have benefitted the company as a whole. they really aren’t what they once were. this specific location seems to be doing a good job at making lemonade though.

So…. I haven’t been inside, can’t rate the atmosphere. The folks at the window were pleasant enough. My big gripe is that I ordered through the mobile app while I was waiting on a prescription thinking it would be ready by the time I got it and could just head on with the other stuff I had to do. When I get to the window, I was notified my order had just been put in the oven and I had to wait 8 or so minutes. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. People have lives, stuff to do, errands to run. 8-10 mins can set you behind. Absolutely hate my time being wasted, so screw Pizza Hut. I wanted to grab my order and go, give. i had ordered it about 20 mins prior, I should have been able to just grab and go.
