Couple of weeks ago I ordered a big New Yorker Pizza and breadsticks. The big New Yorker was so overcooked!! It was like a Hot and ready that had been sitting in the warming oven for over an hour… Last weekend I ordered Dominos pizza So much better!! 10 to 1 over Pizza Hut for sure!!! In in fact, I’m gonna order Domino’s Pizza right now!!

Though I live on the east side, I work on the west side. Have ordered delivery to work three times from this location. The only thing they’ve gotten completely right was the regular stuffed crust. They don’t know how to make special/seasonal pizzas. At least not on the weekends they don’t. A few months ago, I ordered the Big New Yorker. This store didn’t put any of the special spices or seasonings on it. Tonight I ordered the Hot Honey. Same. There was nothing hot or sweet about it. Now, this doesn’t mean that the pizzas tasted bad. It just means they didn’t taste special (didn’t taste like they were supposed to). They just tasted like a regular pizza I could order any time. From now on, anytime I want a specialty pizza, I will only order from the Hut on the other side of town.

Over the years I have come to expect many different kinds of quality of service when ordering from the Pizza Hut stores we have here. There are quite a few of really awesome employees that work at the stores. But, the truly awesome one’s work at the store we get our food from and some sadly even over the years of ordering have still maintained a lower level with overall performance and customer service. When I/we place our order, we usually have one store in mind that we order from. Because the pizza dough is usually very well made, as well as any other food we order off the menu and when we order any drinks or extra sauce we receive them. In my opinion the Pizza Hut store on 13th and Poplar is one of the best stores to not only get great customer service! But, also a wonderful place to get quality food!

Ordering online. Could never get correct pizza in check out. So I called and the would never answer phone called three time to be on hold for over 10 min each time. Pizza hut service has gone down considerably. I ended up going to little ceasers.

I was impressed with the quality of the pizza and cheese bread sticks at this Pizza Hut. They weren’t greasy or sloppy with sauce and I felt that care had been taken to prepare them exactly as I asked. The employee was polite and clearly took his job seriously, carefully ascertaining that we received what we needed to make our dinner both convenient and pleasurable. I will be a return customer in the future.
P.S. The food was great!

Tried to get a pizza delivered 10 min away from this place and they said it’s outside their service area. This was after being transferred 3 times between the other 3 pizza huts that also said I was outside their service area. Then I called Domino’s which is even further away they jumped right on it. I’m from out of state so maybe my home town pizza hut has spoiled me but I’ve never had one say I was out of their service area when I’m 5 miles away

We ordered no pepperoni on a pizza that came with “double pepperoni”
The manager said because we ordered no pepperoni and not no double pepperoni that there was nothing they could do about it and it was made to spec. Upon contacting corporate and giving them a screen recording of the ordering process and how there is no way to request “no double pepperoni” it was determined that my order was not made to spect like any rational person would understand. We will be furthering contact with the parent companies and seeing what else we can do to make sure that this doesn’t happen to other patrons.
