Everytime I order a pan pizza it always is doughey in the middle and the top of the pizza…..its almost like they aren’t cooking it long enough. Even when the MANAGER IS ON DUTY! SMH I miss When the old GM was there my pizza was delicious everytime!! but lately its been super disappointing. Riverton pizza hut is actually alot better from what I’ve experienced lately. Hopefully they can figure it out.

Ordered are food for my kids and waited 45 minutes for them to stop and cook my Pizza’s like this shit ia frozen and yet can’t get it out fast. Then once we got the food the pizza looked like it would even feed it to my dogs. Wow thanks for that what a way to ruin a night
But let me tell you even after this janky joint ruined are night we called domino’s and they offered a great deal 2 large 2 topping pizza’s for 11.99 each and they had it delivered to us out of town in less than 25 minutes can’t be at that

I would not recommend eating here. I was charged over 40% over what the cashier had said because the man there would not give me my receipt, and upon leaving I overheard him cursing LOUDLY and complaining about us “not leaving a tip,” but in reality I never got the chance to leave a tip because I didn’t get my receipt and didn’t have cash. I think it’s pretty deceitful to see my bank charge 40% more the next day, which I know I did not authorize. I have reported to my credit card to dispute, but that’s pretty low. I would not eat here again. The pizza was good a good value and the guy making the pizza seemed nice and chill however.

We ordered pan pizza and we got the exact opposite, super thin and crispy pizza. All ingredients were extremely dry “hand toasted” for some reason lol. And also the pizza took forever to arrive.

We started out ordering curbside and curbside pickup. Twenty minutes later we get our pizza what looked a mess. It looked as though it was dropped upside down. Professionally, someone should have came out and apologized, either way before us having to ask them to remake our pizza. Thankfully we were able to get it remade with no mistakes.

I would give it less than 1 star if possible. Have ordered for delivery multiple times, and haven’t gotten the order until calling to check the status over an hour later. Most of them times this has happened, I was informed that they don’t actually have delivery drivers, but that information has never once been given before/during placing the order and paying for it to be delivered. I was also told I could wait for a door dash driver, but they couldn’t give me any idea of when I could receive it since they “don’t control them”. Extremely disappointing, and honestly not worth the time or money.

CAN’T RATE THE FOOD BECAUSE I DID NOT GET ANY! I ordered on line 1.5 hours before curb side pick up to take 3 pizzas for a gathering and waited 15 minutes past pick up time before I went inside. It was chaos in there! Hope no one was dining in because it would have been miserable. So found out they failed to make my order so I had nothing to take. No comp offered. But they did offer to let me wait 25 more minutes while they made them. Why is ZERO stars, or better yet MINUS stars not an option?? They earned it!

Not a lot of options for dining in our town. This Pizza Hut consistently gets our order wrong. We ordered this evening and items were left off the order. After calling the store a handful of times I finally got someone to answer. I simply requested a refund for the missing items. After a pause they hung up and still won’t answer.
