I just had surgery and have a full cast from tips of my toes to my knee, I also have three little kids at home the youngest a toddler. Ordered close to $90 worth of food after returning from Laramie today tired, obviously can’t drive, and need another adult here because I can’t chase a toddler. First I called because I forgot to put a 2liter on the order to be told it would cost me over $9.00 for one 2 liter because they were going to double delivery charge me on a delivery that hadn’t gone out yet. Then 20-25 minutes later I got a call telling me that they could not get a door dasher to deliver my order at all. I hardly ever order Pizza Hut but this type of service pretty much guarantees I’ll stick with dominoes. I was in no position to just drive on over and pick up delivery. Why your company has outsourced deliveries to door dash instead of paying employees from Pizza Hut to be responsible for deliveries is beyond me. I understand the people working were apologetic and these choices don’t fall on their backs but I literally can’t do pick up and needed delivery, plus charging me over $9 for an existing order is progress is ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!!

I am a customer that was treated like shit, and when I approached the store had to use the bathroom and was denied because I did not buy anything. She was very rude when I called on the phone, and she did not care. This is a horrible manager that does not care about other people’s needs or respect the fact that I had to use the restroom like a normal person. She also said that I called her a man, when I was talking the guy behind her. I personally don’t feel like people like this should have any type of management position. Her bathroom was also very filthy on the outside. I don’t recommend using this restaurant. If they will deny customers of using the bathroom then who knows what they will their food. They are also very unsanitary, I would not eat here. This was my first encounter with this place, and I will not come back. If you need to use the restroom do not go there.

Where do I even begin? Benjamin, who apparently is a manager, waited on us. Never once spend more than like 15 seconds at our table. Practically threw the food down. Never asked how things were, didn’t refill our drinks. My wings had no sauce so I asked if he could put some on and the picture below is what he threw back in front of me before rolling his eyes and walking away (empty drinks sitting on the end of the table the entire time) Keana was so nice and she almost made the experience bearable. We didn’t even finish our meal we packed it up after I hunted him down for a box. Paid and left. The two girls up front listened, we’re so sweet and apologized. They should really reconsider who they have in management. We won’t be back.

I ordered a carryout and when I got home and settled in, my supreme had raw dough. I called in and the manager, Jodie, made it right by having my order remade and delivered. She was very helpful and made my experience much better by handling the situation promptly and professionally. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I received a properly cooked pizza. Thanks to Jodie and the awesome delivery driver, I’ll definitely be ordering from this location again.

This place was a God send, we had been driving for 8 hours since breakfast and were starving. The food was super good and fresh. Many pizza huts pre make the bread sticks but the ones here were super fresh. The waiter was great and very efficient. I would be back and would recommend.

I ordered my food online for delivery, I was expecting to get my whole order. But I had to wait almost an hour for the food to get delivered, they didn’t even use their own delivery driver the used door dash. Which I was not expecting to deliver my food in the first place. I ordered a large supreme pizza, bread sticks, fries, cinnamon sticks and a bottle of sweet tea. Which cost me $50.21, I didn’t get the tea and fries. I was really hoping that Pizza Hut would do better, since yesterday I was massively disappointed by Domino’s. I was hoping that Pizza Hut would be able to show that they could do better than Domino’s. I tried taking care through the online customer service, but it wanted me to call the store. I called, and once I was transferred to the store line the store hung up on me. This is ridiculous and I don’t plan on doing delivery and carryout, the only time I’ll get Pizza Hut again is when I’m there in person. Hopefully things will get better.

Class/group of 13 of us went here. We wanted to pay separately but they couldn’t do this and told us we had to pay per table on each bill. The waitress mentioned she was the only one on shift and was getting off at this time. She took our drink orders, then came out and said her manager was “mad” because she would be the only one serving us as the waitress is done her shift. Basically denied us service and told us we can’t eat there. The manager couldn’t even come out to tell us this herself, she got her waitress to tell us before she got off shift. Horrible service! Good communication is half the battle lady manager! Situation could have been handled 100 different ways better than how you handled it. Went to KFC, got way better service, even though they were short staffed, too!

Update: just gave them another chance. The service was better with the young lady who gave me my carryout order and took the money but the pizza is sick sad and sorry. They will not be getting any more of my familys business.
Ordered for carryout. Asked for extra meat toppings of our taco pizza but I think they put less on. When I tried to ask the cashier about it she rolled her eyes and said “it’s under that stuff” and pointed to the lettuce and cheese. The whole time I was there waiting she was talking to another staff about needing money for the cash register drawer and basically ignored me. All this after I stood there for at least 5 minutes waiting to be helped. No they weren’t busy there was only 1 table of people there. It’s whatever just disappointed in the customer service. Food tasted good even though there wasn’t much meat on it.

Store was a wreck in the kitchen. Waited 90 minutes for our order. Was very well over waiting for the food. Took it home. And two items were missing from the order and the pizza was wrong. Cooks were heard cussing at each other in the back. When you live in a town of 10k people, word gets around on how stores handle busy times. Should of gotten frozen pizza from the store.
