Make the size of the gluten free pizza more noticeable. Do not charge for items that are substituted ex. sausage and pepperoni on the pizza, substitute the two toppings for ham and bacon. This should not be an extra charge. If ham and bacon were added and the other toppings not taken off, then yes I would agree that $3.50 per topping charge is appropriate. Almost $18 for a 10 inch gluten free pizza. Also gluten free should not be more expensive than any other pizza. It is a lifestyle that some have no choice in eating. You would be discriminating those who can not eat regular pizza.

Bad service. Never brings my entire/correct order. Not just a one time experience but an EVERY time experience for several months maybe even the last year now. I’m disgusted. And now I’m done. I can get pizza else where and it will be delivered correctly and without bad attitude. I also try to have the problems corrected and am met with some really rude and pretentious attitude. They hire door dash because no one wants to work for them and I end up waiting over an hour most times, only to get cold food. Not worth it. Especially since I tip 30% cash EVERY TIME.

Called ahead on the way home from work ordered a Hawaiian pizza and got one with bell peppers and chicken added that I did not ask for last time I checked it was just too toppings to make a Hawaiian you know Canadian bacon and pineapple not only that it wasn’t spread through the whole pizza evenly did not take it back because I feel like they would just screw it up again will not go back Domino’s and Munchies will have my business from here on out

Honestly one of the best pizza hut’s ever. And Jonathan is absolutely the nicest person I’ve ever met . He is a great worker. Has a great attitude under stress and pressure. He was the only one working the pizza oven and the front and still treated us very well. Will definitely go back. He deserves a raise.

Typically we have always had great service at this location, our pizza was more doughy than the typical with a specialty pizza. I called to let them know that our pizza wasn’t cooked completely and the employees were very short and snappy and over all rude. I will not be getting pizza here again.

It’s hard to be a chain pizza place in Fruita. We have Hot Tomato and Pablo’s. If you don’t want to spend a house payment on a pizza though, you can also choose Munchies or Dominos. It’s tough competition. So, that said, this Pizza Hut is fine. They have been a little inconsistent—sometimes the toppings are few and terribly-spaced—but overall they do good. Their wait times are usually pretty much in the 20-30 minute range, the product is tasty…it’s not my first choice for pizza, but I’m happy when we have it.
