Used my rewards to redeem a free pizza. When I arrived to pick it up the cashiers said they had no access to the rewards and I owed $30?! I showed them the online confirmation and still said there was nothing they could do…. Yall need to get it together down there. I have used the rewards program plenty, including at this location in the past, but never with this scam involved. Wish I could comment on the pizza, but we didn’t even get that far. Be thankful you aren’t in a larger city or you’d already be out of business.

First off, I want to preface this by asserting and informing that my wife and I drive the country, and have experienced many eating enterprises, and so this review is based on an experienced professional observation. With that said, navigating to this Pizza Hut is extremely easy. In a very classy strip mall, this is the perfect place to be able to come hang out and relax. The Manager, Josiah is extremely polite, professional, great personality and has a very mature approach to business! It is rejuvenating and relaxing to be welcomed by such a proficient, polite, friendly team as the Pizza Hut team on Monument road and they all should receive a raise. In today’s society and culture where everyone’s complacent to sit at home and receive Biden bucks without earning it, Pizza Hut should be very proud of the team at this location. Josiah has cultivated a very professional team and it was a pleasure to enjoy hot fresh food, in a clean atmosphere, utilize clean and fresh smelling facilities. It was a very positive and refreshing time.

Ordered dinner for the family, took an hour to get to my house which was okay…. What wasn’t okay was the quality of the food. There was a EARRING BAKED into the pizza!
Called and spoke to a manger and he apologized. He sent me home another pizza that took another HOUR to get to me and a free box of cinnabuns.
They should really do a final quality check before they send things out!

I ordered pizza on the app and my pizza got here in great time, but I checked my pizza and there was no crust topping, so I called this location where I got the pizza from to fix it or to at least let them know that there sending pizzas out with missing items, i was greeted by a nice lady named Jhennifer who directed me to there manager, I waited for a little bit and was meet a weird and extremely rude manager, who was when was informed of what I called about double downed that that the pizza was fine and that “are you sure it’s not on there, the crust on the thin pizza is like barely visible and small”, I told him that I checked and there’s nothing there, and he then said and I quote “there’s nothing we can do about that” slammed the phone down and hung up on me before I could say ” okay thank you have a goodnight” I couldn’t believe how unprofessional and rude he was

I ordered the Large Luau Hawaiian, its been a while since we’ve ordered pick-up…so…well, where is the toppings??? I added onions and very few were on there! I am so disappointed, they used to have chunks of Pineapple, great slices/pieces of ham, it used to be so good….this was one of the biggest disappointments in a long time.$30+ for a crappy pizza. Its a sad day when you have to add kore topping when you get home…it might be cheaoer to get a cheese pizza & add what you want when you get it home…They lost our business.

Ordered a carryout, large, Supreme, original crust pizza on 12/6/24. Service was good but price was high ($32 with tip) and the pizza quality was LOW.
The pie had minimalist toppings and was mostly cheese and bread. Definitily shrinkflation. Overall some of the worst pizza I’ve eaten. To be honest, I’ve had better ($7) frozen pizza from the grocery store.
This large chain varies greatly from location to location in terms of quality, service etc. Recently had the exact same Pizza Hut pie in Nampa, ID and it less expensive, really well prepared and delicious.

The melts are supposed to come with marinara sauce. Not included with mine. Always double check your order.
