Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had at any establishment in my life! me and my wife went in and ordered the medium meal for 2 which was supposed to be a hand tossed pepperoni with breadsticks and ordered the meaty pasta on the side, we waited for 40 minutes and watched about six people walk in and get their pizzas to go and deliveries go out, the waitress walked up with a SMALL pizza and asked if that was what we ordered we were nice about it, and said no it was the medium pep with breadsticks. waited another 10 minutes and they came back and said that we could have that one and asked what we were wanting to order and that they had not even put our order in! We said don’t worry about it and when we got to our car the pizza we ended up paying for wasn’t even a pepperoni! If zero stars were an option I’d give them that!

Manager charged us more after messing up our order and saying he gave us a discount. He was extremely rude
Our pizza was made incorrectly both type of pizza and toppings. Pretty sure they ran the same pizza through the oven with the missing toppings too attemp to fix it. Salad bar was nearly empty on everything except dressings. The wings were delicious and cooked great on a good note. Witress was new but very nice.

Salad bar needed re stocked. They said they were out of stuff. We came at 4:30. Order a large supreme pan pizza added black olives to all of it and jalapeños on half. Pizza came NOT in pan and no black olives. We said to the waitress this is not a pan pizza the crust wasn’t thick or in a pan. Her reply was yes it’s a pan pizza. So I carried the pizza up to the counter. I asked another worker what kind of pizza is this the worker said hand tossed. I explained what i ordered. He said he would make us a pan pizza with everything I orders on it. We watched the cook pull the pizza out of oven and put it in a pan and bring it to us. Still wasn’t a pan pizza. We ordered 2 orders of wings those came out and was really good.

We walked into this Pizza Hut and found no server and a very unclean restaurant. We went to sit down and saw how dirty it was and walked out. The salad bar was depleted and look completely unappetizing.

Went in for dine in pizza. Worst mistake ever made. After sitting for a hour waiting for our pizza, we finally ask for it to go and this is what we get. Literally ridiculous. Never going to do dine in at this place again paid way more dining in for worse service and the pizza literally doesn’t have cheese in the middle.

There was confusion over our delivery. When the door dash driver arrived the order wasn’t there. The workers were amazing. Re-made our order after close. We did have to pick it up instead of delivery. The pizza was really great. Thank you for taking the time to remake the order… I know you could have just cancelled it and closed up.

My experience today was HORRIBLE! I ordered cheese sticks and got bread sticks. I ordered the salad bar and literally was only able to get lettuce and mushrooms because there was nothing else. My waitress just kept standing at the counter staring at me and my family which was very uncomfortable. To spend $72 and get subpar food was just disappointing….

I’m a veteran and on veterans day I called to see if they had any specials for veterans, I was working a long shift and wanted to place a pick up order because I didn’t have time to dine in. Nope, they said the only way I could get the discount is if I dined in. You know, when I was getting shot at in Afghanistan nobody cared if someone ate dining in or to go. Disgusting!

This is NOT the Pizza Hut I grew up with. ☹️. As a kid Pizza was a delight your Pizza was COVERED with your meat choice… if I wanted bread covered with cheese I would have ordered a cheese pizza…. $50 for 2 large 2 topping…. and I get cheese bread…. sad… Pizza Hut…. sad… treat your customers better
