Place is rough and probably on its last legs. Left my house when it said my food was ready. Got there and waited another 20 minutes until it was actually ready. Got a very lackluster pizza. This was supposed to be one of their special pizzas lol.

We ordered a pepperoni Big New Yorker pizza, 16″ and it was damaged, they made it right on their own by making us a new one to take home as well as the damaged one for the price of 1 pizza.

Ordered one large at 5:46pm for carry out. Got confirmation that the order was done at 6:03 (was supposed to be 6:01…great, close enough). Finally got it at 6:39, after staff said it was “still in the oven.” Pizza was overcooked. It was as dry as saltine crackers, and the crust crumbled just like a saltine cracker. Saturday night or not….don’t over promise and under deliver. I would have been satisfied had I been told order would be 30-40 minutes, as long as pizza was fresh. Would have gladly accepted some free breadsticks, for the inconvenience, but nothing was even offered.

Ordered over the phone got the call center (huge language barrier)and ordered the big box. They gave me cheese sticks instead of bread sticks I ordered mild wings and didn’t get them at all. This was a delivery but ended up being door dash. we called and they said they couldn’t do anything because they were closing so they made a ticket for the manager the next day who turns out wasn’t in the store and won’t be for a few days so they still couldn’t do anything. I ordered and paid for a meal that I still have not gotten. Not happy I paid ridiculous prices for food and service I never got.

Place says it’s open till midnight, went in at 8pm ordered a large pizza a personal pizza and 2 salad bars after getting our salad we waited 15 minutes for them to get us silverware, then were asked if we got enough salad because they were shutting it down mind you we just got a small plate. We asked for no cheese on the personal pizza due to one of the kids being lactose small pizza comes out 20 min after the large and it has cheese on it . They said they would remake it , we didn’t get the pizza till we were leaving and it was burnt to crap the lady said she was sorry the guys shut the oven off on it and she didn’t know

One of the worst locations in Colo bypass this location in la junta. Slow as hell service wether you go in or order online. We ordered 3 pizza online received them 30 min late plus customer service is horrible, skimpy skimpy toppings, dirty location franchise greed has hit this location but man they r fast at grabbing the money from ur account. Honestly I am surprised this location has not closed down. You hardly see any vehicle during the day or evening plus online reviews are spot on. We like Dominoes and every now and then hit up Little Caesars way better then pizza hut. Plus they have customer service and do care about their customers.

Got garlic & parmesan boneless chicken and mild wing. My mild wings had a good amount of sauce but the garlic parm and nothing at all on it. We called got a free 8 pc and when we went to pick it up we were told “ask for extra sauce next time, we have been getting complaints about it but they don’t come with much sauce” which is a lie. that was the first time that has happened were we didn’t get any sauce and we get those every few weeks. Ask for extra means I might have to pay extra for something that I should already get on my chicken in the first place. Watch out for yourself and call ahead of time so you don’t get charged extra by the young people that don’t know how to do their jobs. I’ve fried chicken for 11 years never seen that.

This place has gone down hill. Don’t bother if you have diet restrictions. They will just throw whatever they feel like on it. And trying to send it back is a nightmare, the phone just goes to a call center or they never answer. All my recent orders have been messed up. I think I’ll just stop ordering until I hear of some improvement in this location.
