Literally the worst pizza place on base. I placed an order at 9:45 pm for delivery, and was supposed to receive my order at 10:17 pm. When I realized it was minutes past the delivery time I tried to call the store multiple times and not once did it say it was closed or anything. The closing hours said 11 pm on the site but that’s false. I drove over to the location because I didn’t want my $40 to go to waste and it was closed. There was nobody there at all and there was a paper posted on the window saying it closed at 10:30. Which still is ridiculous because my pizza could’ve gotten delivered within that time frame. I just wish the app notified that the store is closed or the website.

Honestly this review is just because they refuse to deliver to a new address even though it’s in range, easy to get to and within a walking distance of the restaurant. It’s been hard enough trying to get regular deliveries in the new development and dealing with housing and my new house malfunctioning. I can’t even have food delivered so I can focus on moving. I can literally see pizza hut from my window… They can see my house from the parking lot… Seriously no one needs food delivery more than the poor sap that volunteered to move into a new military housing development. Because military.

This is just to highlight the professionalism and courteous attitude of Kenzie the shift manager on 13 Feb 2025. Her ability to multitask and handle stressful situations was beyond reproach. She handled the calls quite nicely and front with smile and consistently extending apologies for the wait. For a young manager like her to be able to handle the 30 plus door dashers lined up and the calls and back was a testament to her resolve and absolute confidence as a leader.

The crew and the drivers are awesome. I honestly believe that they are very underappreciated because even during snowstorms and slick roads, they are always available to make the food and make deliveries for you when you need them the most after a late night at the field. Never had a problem with them and very nice.

Called in and Placed an order at 8:45 pm for just chicken wings. They said it would take 50 minutes to get delivered. That 50 minutes turned into an hour and a half for just some wings. When I called to check the status I was told they don’t have a lot a drivers and it’s people that ordered before me. An apology would have been nice and a more profession way of handling the situation would have been nice as well. I didn’t receive my food til almost 1045 pm.

We ordered pizza earlier tonight and when I bit into one slice i took the pizza out and there was a long light hair baked into the pizza. I, honestly, had the hair in my mouth at one point. We called and the manager offered us a $15 credit towards our next order. No thanks, give me a full refund for THIS pizza since we won’t be ordering again from here. They gave us a refund and we won’t be back. I’ll post a pic for reference.

I’m usually a pizza hut only guy but the workers here make pizza hut garbage. Sauce is bad, workers take too long to get to a customer literally just picking up a pizza. I’ve seen them talking in the back and move further back to ignore me. Lazy workers. Just go to dominos and take your money/tips elsewhere

It’s clearly this locations thinks it’s funny to play with people’s food. Our food as well as a few other has a long hair baked in our pizza. I thought the reviews were just mistakes, but it’s an obvious pattern. It’s really unfortunate that Military installations hire anyone, and allow continuous! bad reviews. Being that these are soldiers who risk their lives to keep this country safe, and who are just trying to feed themselves and their families. Why is it okay for people to be allowed to work here that get a kick out of contaminating food. This is very strange, and this entire staff needs to be removed, replaced, and retrained.
