Place a carry out order at 6:40 came in at 7:10 still wasn’t ready, no problem. She said it would just be a minute so I sit and wait and while I wait what I’m assuming was the poor excuse for a manager is cussing and yelling about how stupid and terrible the morning crew is and how they know better. all while the other employee is handling all the food without gloves on and it’s sticking to her above nails, she’s literally peeling pepperoni off of her acrylic nails. I wait another 15 minutes and ask about my order. The manager says I told you 20 minutes and then says oh wait what’s the name on the order? Never mind that’s been ready for a long time. Extremely unprofessional unhygienic, especially when there’s too many other pizza places in town to buy from.

Do not order from here you have better options. The pizza was 45 minutes late for delivery. It was poorly made with the dough stretched so thin holes formed. It also was cold due to the late delivery. It cost $50 for 2 pies after tip (which I included when ordering so I couldn’t take it back). Way too expensive for terrible pizza that arrives late and cold. This was a mistake and represents the last time I will ever buy pizza hut again. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Get dominoes instead. Seriously.

We ordered delivery yesterday. Food arrived hot and on time but there was very few toppings on the pizzas. We ordered a supreme pizza, pepperoni pizza and garlic cheese sticks. Garlic cheese sticks were delicious. Pizzas were not as the toppings were very few.

Went to pick up my order at around 945pm after placing online, used my points so the pizza was cheap and I made sure to tip more than my order even was.
I arrived there and there is the manager, who refused to give me her name but had red hair leaning out of the window speaking loudly with the car in front of me, we’re the only two vehicles at the store. She proceeds to speak very loudly about doing drugs and kicking people out of her store, both from walking up and from being inside and having a dog with them. She proceeded to make fun of the guy she kicked out and make light of the situation. I waited in line for OVER five minutes, with her not leaving the window ONCE to check on if food was completed or waiting or anything. I sat patiently but after waiting for so long I called out politely “excuse me, do we happen to be on a delay or anything for the food?” She then screams back to me “Excuse YOU sir, you’re next in line you’ll get your food when you get it.” I was just speechless.
She then walks away and less than a minute later comes back with the other vehicles food, they drive off and I pull up. She very rudely asks me what’s the name for my order, I give it and she looks over and grabs my food, it looks like it’s been there the entire time. At this point I make the comment saying that was pretty rude of her, she responds that she does not care. I ask for her name and as mentioned, she refused to give it stating she did not need to tell me anything. I’m sitting at the window trying to figure out how to contact corporate and she comes back and tells me to leave and she’s not telling me anything.
I have ordered from this store for a long time, and I get having a bad day, but the way I was treated for simply asking a question is simply not okay from a service worker no matter the situation. I highly recommend you take the extra drive and go to the Circle location, or really ANY other location in Colorado Springs other than this place.
I have also submitted a request from their customer service with no response yet.

After ordering with Pizza Hut for nearly two years today I am extremely disappointed in the services I have been given today. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and received a cheese that is pulling apart like card board and old like I got the last pizza no one picked up and has been sitting out all night. Ashley the “GM” I spoke to apparently said there was nothing that could be done and refused to replace the pizza or even refund me back. After stating I will escalate this with the owner of the establishment I later then received a call from a different manager Brittany who was pleasant and was able to accommodate my concerns as a loyal customer, as it should have been handled before. I am happy with the credit I received but I will not be ordering from this site again. I literally live across the street and this pizza is no where near fresh!

I’ve been coming to this Pizza Hut for years, but the last few times I’ve ordered take out, I get an unfriendly reception because I haven’t added a tip. I don’t get tips for my job, I get a paycheck. I’m done being expected to give a tip on already expensive bread and cheese food. It’s too expensive for what it is anyway, and the attitude is an insult. Just done with Pizza Hut.

Just got wings to carry out and they were god awful!!!!!!! Not to mention $30 for 12 wings. Then I called and told them my wings were swimming in 3 inches of sauce and they said that’s normal. They can’t give me my money back and can’t give me my full credit only $20 for next time. Brittany was the GM and told me $20 is the max I could get even though I spent $30. Wild. Avoid this location

I stopped ordering from Domino’s because it wasn’t worth the money to be served cold pizza. This pizza Hut used to provide hot and fresh. This last round, burned veggies and so cold the cheese was already hardening. Awfully disappointed. 1 star because the driver is super cheerful for someone knowing they took over 25 minutes to deliver it cold.
