This Pizza Hut has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I placed an online order and my husband went to pick it up. It was paid for online and the worker printed a receipt expecting a tip. When my husband didn’t tip, she crumbled up the receipt and threw it on the counter. Then I tried coming again today and waited several minutes for somebody to come to the counter (FIVE other people were also waiting on service)! The workers knew we were all there waiting. A rude lady comes in cutting all of us off and yells at the counter. I said excuse me we have all been waiting to be helped. The rude customer continues to be entitled and the employee KNOWING we had all been waiting continued to help this rude lady first and blow us all off. Then the sign on the register is in Spanish only!

Ordered. Cheese bread with basically NO. CHEESE, and when I called and asked for a credit I was told “we aren’t giving credits this time because we are swamped and the manager is too busy, but she said we aren’t giving you a credit because of the cheese”. That’s crazy! I asked to speak to her STACY the “manager” (who shouldn’t be a manger) told me she’s not giving a credit.

Ordered pizza to have it delivered and it was so bad I threw it away. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and creamy Alfredo both tasted like they had been cooked days earlier. The pizza was hard and crusty and the pepperoni looked dry…the Alfred noodles were crunchy and dry….did the survey and did not hear anything back from the store but this was the worst ordering experience I have ever had. After speaking with management they did an outstanding job of addressing my concerns and accepting responsibility. I would say that even with the mistake that was made, the staff and management are amazing.

Not the greatest experience. It’s Valentine’s Day and I’m spending it with my grandchildren watching a movie and was supposed to have pizza and soda. However all I got was pizza they didn’t even bother cutting the pizza so my 10-year-old grandson is cutting the pizza doing their job and they did not bring my soda so now I have to wait and by the time we get our drink the pizza will be gone. What upsets me is that when I ask the manager that he needs to speak to his employees making sure that they grab people‘s drinks and all the stuff that they order. His response “oh I know they do this all the time and I’m always getting on” if you know this is a problem higher new people or write them up don’t keep punishing the customers who are paying for your service. This was my first time ever ordering from Pizza Hut and now will be the last time ordered from Pizza Hut.

Today we gave this location a “second shot”. We were met with yet another completely botched order, a pizza that was obviously mismade and lazily “fixed”, and pizza that was still raw. I can’t believe I basically served my toddler uncooked dough.
Then they couldn’t find our order at pick up? And it was just sitting in the warmer “for a while” when we arrived to get it before it’s expected completion!?

Made order on Veterans Day, knew if could be a long wait. Delivery order placed 4:35pm, waited until 6:40pm to call for an update (so two hours later). Was told order was cancelled because it was never picked up. I informed I did delivery. Have text and email confirmation stating so. I was then told they use DoorDash/3rd party deliveries. So Pizza Hut doesn’t have its own delivery service anymore? Even so, I asked why nobody decided to notify me when the food wasn’t picked up? Crickets from the other end.

I ordered pizza from there and they kept getting my order wrong. I called them and every time they seemed so nice over the phone and offered to fix it. I eventually just said I wanted to go pick it up the last time it had to be remade. When I showed up I was accused of yelling at them over the phone when I didnt. Then the manager Tony came around and decided to yell at me too when I had requested a refund so I could take my buisness elsewhere. I didnt get my food or my refund and now my kids had to eat sandwiches for dinner due to Tony and his crew acting the way they did. In all my years of working in restaurants ive never had to deal with people this rude.

I had to give a star to do a review; otherwise it would be 0 stars. I ordered pizza through the app. My husband wanted a Detroit pizza. They delivered it…WITH NO SAUCE. My husband called and very politely (I’m the a$$hole) let them know. The girl on the phone put him on hold and when she came back, she told him that they were out of the Detroit sauce. He asked her why they delivered the pizza with no sauce instead of having the decency to call and ask if he still wanted it. She said, “I don’t know. I’m sorry about that “. She offered to make another and asked if he would like marinara instead, and he told her that was fine and thanked her. 45 minutes later, his new “Detroit” pizza showed up and they literally put a dab of sauce per square. I will NOT be ordering from this restaurant ever again. This is childish and rude. I cannot believe that management allows such behavior to take place. So disappointing.

Just ordered 3 deal pizzas. All horrible. The Big New Yorker had no sauce whatsoever and was so dry we threw it in the trash. While the 2 melts we got at least had sauce, they were comically small and made sloppily. Even the kids called out how bad it all was. Will stick with Dominoes moving forward.
