This is my second time ordering from here on my way across the state, and both times have been ugly.
Today I ordered a large, hand tossed, bbq sauce, beef, green pepper, jalapeños and onion with extra cheese and a large meat pizza. We got our pizza and left, I opened the box (keep in mind 8 people were waiting for these pizzas) and to my shock I got a massive veggie pizza with a couple chunks of meat on it. The veggies were raw and the dough undercooked because there was so many toppings on it. Ended up calling and going back to store for new pizza. The second pizza made looks better and weighs less.
When I called the store the girl answered the phone “pizza hut”. I asked her who was I speaking to and she said ughhhhhhhhhhhhh Leigha.. Like she did know her own name?
I’m pretty sure this is the last time I will order from here, sad because we are set to come through here every week for 2 months.

YUM brand is way better than this and this does not meet their standards in anyway!

Service was just a little slower than usual, the food was surprisingly awesome, and the atmosphere was great, not full, not empty, and totally amazing! Definitely recommend:)

I was so excited when I read online thag this location had a salad bar. That’s why we drove 25 minutes to eat here. The salad bar was closed and the sit down option of “ordering a pizza and a 2 liter soda” and then just sitting in an empty and cold restaurant was a huge let down. This location doesn’t even have the option of a sofa fountain. Overall, the staff were nice, the pizza was decent, but the atmosphere was pretty disappointing.

We went here on Memorial Day weekend, Sunday, around 6:00 pm. Opened the door and was greeted with those plastic bubbles toys come in from the vending machines all over the floor.
The hostess greeted us and the first thing she asks is if we want menus or do we want the buffet. We had no idea how much the buffet was. Why not seat us first with menus and then offer the buffet? There was food all over the floor, the sneeze guard on the buffet was so dirty you couldn’t see through it. The windows were dirty and many of the surfaces were worn with scuff marks and general wear and tear. The place needs a serious facelift and better management.
To her credit, the hostess was greeting people, seating people, taking their order, taking “to go” orders and replenishing the buffet. No lack of work ethic there.

We came in with a big party for my dads birthday. Got wings and cheese sticks for appetizers and two pizzas that were on special… they didn’t put our appetizers in with the main meal, we got our appetizers 20 minutes AFTER our pizza… and they messed up on the pizzas on top of terrible service… no discount or anything and didn’t give us the special prices either.. never coming back here again

This Pizza Hut is an absolute joke!!! This is their super supreme, literally a couple green peppers on it. The staff is usually sour and irritated. If you order in house they seriously price gouge you extremely bad we have seriously saved over 75% ordering online. This poorly managed joke of a Pizza Hut needs to close and make room for a legit decent business like Dominos.

Stopped in for what we hoped would be a quick lunch. Not the case. Waited almost 10 minutes to be seated and witnessed others leaving due to the wait. Buffet was lacking considerably. We overheard multiple tables waiting for their food. They only had one waitress working the floor and she couldn’t remember where half the items went. She literally went around the room asking what they ordered. Place seemed very disorganized. Big dissapointment. We won’t spend our time and money here again.

Every time we get super slow service and the order is almost everytime messed up. Salad bar is cleaned out by 630. I get people are not perfect but holy moly isn’t there managers to train the help. For what pizza hut charges I would think it would be better.

Having eaten at this pizza hut for more than a decade. The staff can be good or just bad. Have had a number of bad experiences over the years including one where our out of town guest was irate that we had not gotten to order yet people who came after us were sat near us and were served, ordered and had their food all delivered in the 30 mins we sat their waiting. This is not the first time nor the last time this happened. If you are not a local regulars do not expect to get good service.
The labor pool is small and you get what you get here. Sometimes there are people who do a good job and there are people who do not. Even the lady who worked here for over 20 years did her job in a half half manner. Those new and young could careless.
The food is okay and can be great depending on who does it. I have witnessed people pushing or pulling pizza early from the conveyor oven rather than letting them finish their cycle. I have had sloppy cut pizzas and horrible buffet experiences.
Even with the change of ownership the staff who ran it were mostly the same. Its a Pizza hut and one can not blame pizza hut, yet those who run it.
I do not mind Pizza hut’s food. There are far better pizza options and they are are not in Yuma.

It was a Sunday and we were hungry and everyone else was closed. We went in for a bite to eat and it was suboptimal. The food was ok. Service was ok. The place was not as clean as it used to be when I went there several years ago. There was remnants of ice cream from the ice cream machine they removed on the wall beside it. There was decorations from holidays shoved into an open area by the high chairs. Presentation of this place was not good. Phone rang and rang and rang. Finally someone would make their way over to answer it. Not a good experience.
