I ordered pick up, but I got a Big New Yorker pizza. It was good. The crust is nothing like real new York style, but I paid $12.50 for the pizza, not $10/slice like the pizza shops charge. Overall a good value.

So when you order food and spend $59 on pizzas and let your husband pick them up.. only to not get the extra wings you ordered but you didn’t even get the right pizzas you ordered.. I ordered bacon and ham and a veggie lovers pizza well don’t think either one of them are correct.. You call they say they’re going to send you a $10 credit and don’t do it.. That’s what our work ethic is these days…. Never again

So the pizza is delicious fresh from the oven. The staff is kind and works hard for the most part. However this location has a skelton crew most days. The also run out of practically everything every other day. Yesterday it was cheese sticks. Today it was hand tossed med, Lg and cheese stuffed crust. The crutons on the salad are soggy and stale bc they put them ontop of the salad instead of individually wrapped. The dinning room is almost always empty and clean. Most nights the fountain drink machine is disabled by 7:30pm. I truly think the staff is thier own worst enemy and running the place into the ground one day at a time bc they love to hate their job. Its sad bc this location is an old style Hut and could be quite sucessful under the right management with a positive direction , community out reach and Advertising. As far as delivery ive only ever had a hot door dash. I’ve seen a deliveey car there once in a while.

I’ve been looking forward to Pizza Hut pizza since before the plandemic, so was perfect to see one just down the street from our hotel. PIZZA WAS FANTASTIC! Service was NOT! 1st I ordered a Bud light and she brought a Michelob Ultra, no big deal (neither are worth the bother) 2nd ordered bread sticks and they didn’t come until well after our pizza. 3rd when our waitress did bring the bread sticks she said “sorry about that long wait, let me know if you need anything else.” I didn’t even have time to wipe my mouth from the pizza I was chewing and she was gone. Would have asked for the water my wife ordered, sour cream for the taco pizza and ranch for the bread sticks. When she finally did return to ask how everything was tasting, we were finished and ready for the check. (She stood with her back to us, so waving her down wasn’t an option either)

I placed a $67 order to this location tonight to end up watching my order sitting in the window getting cold while I was told they would be up soon and the lady working the counter didn’t bother to check which order it actually was and if if it was ready to go out (it appeared she was too preoccupied talking to somebody else in the back to service the customer at the counter). We showed up at the expected time of the order being done and after waiting 10 minutes in the lobby for said order, already being done and ready to hand out, watching the staff be rowdy and rambuntioucs in the kitchen, as if there were not people in the waiting area, and had to ask again if that was our order getting cold in the window and it was. Door dash received their order out of the heater while ours was sitting on the counter getting cold. This will be the last time we spend money at this location.

Took an hour to receive my food due to door dash problems. When I got my food it was really cold and one of my items wasn’t correct. Definitely not worth the money I spent for the quality of food I got.

I walk in… see the stack of pizzas sitting on the window that I presumed are my families sitting in the window and get told they should be ready in a few minutes.. wait 10 minutes as the staff is rowdy and not attentive, then I finally ask again where my order is and they try to give me the stack that has been sitting in the window cooling off.. not exactly the greatest way to get good reviews.

The good: glad to see a place employing young people. The bad: so unfortunate the young staff is not properly trained. Service was horrendous. There is a Wednesday wing special, but server did not know they served wings. The experience was terrible.
