Went in to get my brother and I some pizza late around 11 tonight and ordered a half and half cheese and supreme. We devoured it as soon as we got home lol, but the workers were very kind. The manager worked with keeping my price as low as it could with my modifications which it was very generous and he didn’t have to do that. Very appreciative and full tonight

I do not know why this Pizza Hut is so bad. The owner has to do something soon. I got a pizza with almost no toppings on it just bread and sauce. I asked the man to remake it and he did.
Addendum: after my wife came in to complain about the quality of the Pizza, the guy who made it threatened to call the police on us. And he did so. I asked the guy to calm down. And allow me to just get my pizza that I already paid for. He was extremely rude and I do not recommend this place whatsoever anymore. You certainly won’t see me spending money here. He wouldn’t give his name, but he wore glasses and had a goatee and was near 6 foot tall. He kicked my wife out. I will say that the second Pizza made by the other gentleman was extremely perfect and he wasn’t rude at all. But this man who made our first, Pizza and called the police on us, lost customers for this place for life.

Ordered a lunch box there was one pepperoni on each piece of pizza and they do not have parmesan or any red pepper flakes wings came with my meal and they didn’t offer ranch add a charge of a dollar for ranch that should come with the hot wings. Looks like I’ll be going to Domino’s

This Pizza Hut is the worst. My husband and I came in to order a pizza and bunch of the staff were playing on their phones and didn’t greet us at all. We stood there for 5 minutes and not one person helped us. We had to walk out. Teach these young people customer service

I usually like this Pizza Hut but the last two times I had delivery, the pizza was delivered via “DoorDash” when I ordered my pizza on Pizza Hut website … anyways
The pizza came pretty much cold both times because they were dropping off other orders before mine and I didn’t appreciate that considering my place is 5 minutes away from the store… And I tipped generously …. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what the deal is but cold pizza is no bueno….

Firstly, the Medium Original Pan® Pizza I received was disappointingly greasy and did not match my specified ingredients: Classic Marinara Sauce, Easy On Cheese, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage. To make matters worse, the 16-piece Hot Honey Boneless Wings I ordered were delivered as emitting a pungent vinegar smell and bearing no resemblance to the hot honey wings I expected.
Attempting to rectify the situation, I contacted the store and was promised a replacement by a representative. However, this replacement never arrived, and I received no updates or follow-up communication.
This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I have lost confidence in the accuracy of Pizza Hut’s orders and the quality of their customer service. Unfortunately, this means I won’t be considering Pizza Hut for future orders.
Given the significant inconvenience, unfulfilled promises, and overall disappointment, I am compelled to give this experience a one-star rating. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when ordering from this location.

Ordered the super supreme in pan style but they gave me handtossed, not only that but the cinnamon sticks had a hair inside the dough. Can’t believe I spent $42 dollars for this.

I have not been to Pizza Hut since Papa Murphy’s opened. I paid $24 for a large pizza supreme and it was probably the worst pizza I have ever had. Skimpy on toppings, tasteless. I will not be back again.

so this is probably a dig at Pizza Hut more than anything, the employees were fine, the place was clean… But maybe put just a little sauce on my pizza next time? I highly doubt the employee made the call to put as little to no sauce on my pizza, i am not a huge fan of pizza hut anyway and this just makes me even less…

I literally watched them cut a pizza, Transfer it to another big deal box, Drop one of the pieces of cheese pizza on the floor, and put it back in the box. One young worker looks to the other and says ” never drop a pizza” he then put it back and served it. These are the type of things you see while waiting 25 minutes passed your wait time, every time, while listening to them cuss like a rap stars about everything they speak about. The pizza’s piled up on the oven, as they are being made faster than they are being cut. Half of them get burned on half of the pizza.. I’ll drive an extra five miles to another location… We will not be coming back here so much for a family Establishment, and
