Nothing special, but it is Pizza Hut, so my expectations were not high at all. I ordered a pasta meal and got no utensils. I had to beg kitchen staff in the hotel I stayed in to give me some. The food was not good not it wasn’t bad either–fair is a more accurate description.

Good place to order from if you call and place the order and DO NOT place the order online or in the app. But the issue then is you dont get the reward points to get free stuff later. It’s kinda iffy. So if you do place the online order or in app. You aren’t able to customize it in certain ways so just make sure to call and let them know what you are wanting. The employees themselves are actually really awesome and very helpful and if there is a mistake they will fix it promptly and without arguing with you.

We have been ordering personal pan pizzas (the small 6-inch ones) from Pizza Hut with just cheese topping for our young children. Sometimes, we would use a Book-it coupon and get a free one. Our Kindergartner got these coupons from the reading program at his school, and he would get only 1 coupon a month for completing a certain number of reading-minutes everyday for the whole month. Earlier this evening, we ordered 3 personal pan pizzas, but had only 2 of these Book-it coupons to use. The guy who rung us up gave us the 3rd pizza for free as well, as an encouragement for our boy to keep reading. What a wonderful, sweet, and inspiring gesture! Sure enough, our boy came home and read all night long. We couldn’t be happier as parents. THANK YOU! It’s not just the free pizza, but the message it sent.

When it comes to delived pizza pizza hut is what I prefer. It’s convenient, can be found almost anywhere( I can’t think of a location I’ve ever been in where they didn’t deliver to. I’m sure there are some but I’ve never had that problem). I know what to expect and it’s always been good.

I had rated them before at a one star because of our pizza being burned and other issues. We order again and I call the manager asking him to keep a eye on our cheese pizza so it doesn’t get burnt this time. He was very nice and understood. The food this time was great.

I placed an order online and didn’t realize I had placed it for pickup. So I called to check status and they were nice enough to change it to delivery, but I waited for an hour and half and nothing I then called and said pizza should arrive any minute. 20 minutes later nothing, my son went to go throw trash out and seen our pizza on our door step, nobody knocked and my pizza was cold and hard.

I ordered for curbside pickup since I am handicapped and I was taking this to a church dinner at 5:30. The ready time was 5:15 and that is when I arrived. I chose the option on my email to tell them I was here and it instructed me to call. I phoned three times and let it ring for a long time until it cut off, the fourth time someone answered and asked me to hold. I held for over 8 minutes when a delivery driver came by. I asked him to let them know I was there and he did and he came back 4 minutes later and very graciously handed me my pizza. It was then 5:39 and I left for my church dinner. When I arrived, everyone had eaten and no one wanted pizza. It was a waste of time and money.
