This place has lost its touch. Not sure if they are doing short cuts on prepping the pizzas to save on ingredients, but pizzas aren’t the same and not worth the money! I know I didn’t order a cheese pizza but, it almost has no cheese and no marina sauce. You can see the bread from top, In stead of the ingredients. Am I just overreacting or do you agree?
Other times I’ve paid for extra toppings and get less toppings than when I don’t pay for extra toppings. Or pay for certain toppings, but some weren’t added. Every time it’s something different with this location, the person working there is the nicest. The food is the problem

I’ve given this Pizza Hut location multiple chances, but after tonight, I won’t be back. I’ve ordered several times before at night, and almost every time, the pizza has been undercooked. This time, I ordered a traditional deep dish pan pizza, paid an extra $2 for it, and tipped $3 for carry out — only to receive a pizza that was barely cooked and didn’t even resemble a pan pizza. It was flat, pale, soft, and completely lacking the crisp, thickness, and texture you expect from a proper deep dish. I even provided photos to prove how poorly the pizza was prepared, but that still didn’t make a difference. If you can’t consistently prepare orders correctly, especially when customers are paying extra, it’s unacceptable. Very disappointed.

Black lady is incredibly rude. Told someone they aren’t taking orders anymore because she is overwhelmed and there is too many orders. Tried to grab my DoorDash order and she ripped the pizzas out of my hand because she realized it needs wings as well. If you are overwhelmed at work on a Saturday night then don’t work a pizza job. I worked a pizza job for a couple years and would still keep my cool on Saturday nights and would never treat people like how she is. Worst experience ever.

I never leave Google reviews but was too disappointed to not say anything. Pizza Hut is not what it use to be. Barely any cheese on our pizzas, we paid extra for cheesy bread for it to have the thinnest layer of cheese. Nothing had much flavor and just overall VERY disappointing especially for $40 on TWO medium pizzas, “cheesy bread” and cinnamon sticks. I will not be eating here again. Save yourself the money and disappointment and go elsewhere.

This location rocks. Their service is quick and friendly, our order is always accurate, and the pizza is always delicious. Pizza Hut is one of the only restaurants that still employs their own delivery drivers, which is an added bonus to their customer service.

My order was set to be at my door at 6:12pm. 5 minutes after it’s late I call and they tell me 15 minutes. 20 minutes go by and the app says delivered! But it’s not! So I call again and this person tells me they’re an hour behind on delivery. So whyd the first person tell me 15 minutes!!! SMH and when I finally get my pizza it looks like this! Looks like yous have a bunch of elementary school kids working there!

I’ve been ordering pizza and boneless wings from this place for a long time, now. They’re phenomenal. Each time I order, they get it right, and even let me check to make sure my order is correct. The taste is fantastic, and the service is down-to-earth and friendly. The Pizza Hut I used to go to would ALWAYS mess up my order and wouldn’t even apologize. Keep up the great work, Montview Pizza Hut!

The stuffed crust bite pizza was in disarray. They didn’t send my soda with the order and when I tried calling the store they kept putting me on hold or put me through to the 1800 number. I still never received my soda or a refund or anything to make it right! I will never order from pizza hut anywhere ever again! Dominoes is better anyways

I placed an online order for pickup at this location. This store is in the cluster of shops on the corner of Yosemite and Montview Blvd. The manager was pleasant. The food was hot and ready at correct time. There was a busier time of the evening and the store was clean. I was impressed.
