I had the WORST experience with this pizza hut this week. I ordered a pizza at 4pm. Unfortunately, they use door dash and there is a glitch in the system that sends door dash to the wrong address. I was ghosted by 2 drivers after getting texts bc they sent the order out twice. The customer service options are AWFUL, you get routed to headquarters who then have to call the store who DOESN’T ANSWER. Then, at SEVEN THIRTY (3 and 1/2 hours later), I spoke to a rather rude woman who said I wasn’t eligible for a refund BECAUSE THE PIZZA WAS STILL OUT FOR DELIVERY. THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER! When they finally got me in touch with the store I spoke to Lily (who was very nice, btw) she said I couldn’t get a refund until the next day. I called and spoke to SOOOO many people who promised me a refund, and I guess it (like my pizza) is STILL OUT FOR DELIVERY because it’s FRIDAY and I ordered the pizza MONDAY, no pizza, and still no refund. Ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER HERE. They will take your money and RUN.

Ordered $50 dollars worth of food just for them to give our order to the wrong address. How hard is it to deliver to the right address or even call a customer to get directions. Than when we went to the store to get our money back just for her to say it will take 2 days for a refund to come though. The manager didn’t take any accountability for her or her driver. She made it seem like we made the mistake. Even showing proof we giving the correct address. Do better Domino’s smh. Our hire people capable of doing the job.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I used to love Pizza Hut. It was my go to pizza place but lately I’ve been very disappointed with quality of food, service, a the size of the waiting room. Very small. So therefore it get crowded very quickly. Ordered pizza (ultimate hot bundle and a large pepperoni pizza all with pan crusts) on Saturday, February 21, 2024. My boyfriend was charged the wrong amount, pizza was not cooked all the way it was still doughy, none of the pizzas were pan crusts, Mild boneless wigs hardly no sauce. I’m sorry but if I’m going to spend $50+ on pizza I expect my order to be correct. I think I will be needing to find a new pizza place

Ordered online went to pick it up had to wait 20 minutes even tho I set a time for pickup and by the time we got to eat our pizza it was cold and nasty. The manager was hateful, won’t be going back there. Forgot to mention our bread sticks tasted like cinnamon because they put cheese bread sticks and cinnamon sticks together.

Ive ordered the basil pesto drizzle every time Ive ordered pizza. It costs extra and they have never put it on the pizza! Take it off the menu if its not available! They also forgot the drinks on last couple orders. Super disappointing! I would strongly recommend not ordering the basil pesto drizzle or drinks. It seems that they dont have these items or are incompetent!

We received the wrong order after we ask them to confirm the order, then when we called to let them know our order was wrong they hung up on us. The pizza we did get was stale, cold, and not good. We called the store number again and instead kept getting redirected to the customer service line who told us they’d contact the store in attempt to get us a refund

Order delivery of stuffed crust and wings. Mostly the food is excellent, but this time the pizza was extra thin/soggy and the wings were like they poured the grease in the bowl then threw some sauce on top. It was really bad. The order before this one, we didn’t get ourozz cheese sticks and when I called, they said we’d get a credit on our next order. That didn’t work out, either. Something isn’t working at this location.

Have had a couple decent experiences at this pizza hut. But will not order from here again. Ordered through pizza hut and was 40 min late. The website still does not say it was ever delivered. Food was pretty much cold and tasted old. Pepperoni pizza was pretty good. Bread sticks were missing. Icing was missing for cinnamon sticks. The melt I wanted to try was basically a very sad folded over pizza. It wasn’t even the melt I ordered. Was no where near the high standards that pizza hut usually holds themselves to. Don’t go to this location unless you’re dying. The pizza may be ready for your funeral.

As o entered the store someone yelled”be right with you” waiting a min and person greeted me. Order was done within 3 mins of waiting. Was also asked if I wanted plates or napkins I said no then he disappeared behind the wall. Lots of waiting seats which is nice. Would be nice if someone was at the counter. I’d hold them to the “if we fail to show you your pizza , it’s FREE” SIGN LOL.
