Placed an online order for the super bowl. I arrived a little early and waited. Of course they were very busy. No inside service just carryout, I guess due to the game. My order came out exactly when I had requested. The pizzas were good! Definitely will try them on a normal dat.

Let me start off with Pizza Hut is hands down my favorite pizza place so I’m not coming here just trying to be a Karen, but I have had nothing but problems with this location. First time a few months ago I ordered for my birthday meal. Food arrives and an entire pizza is missing. I contact customer service, they tell me to contact the store directly and so I do. I we’d ordered more than enough so we agreed to just receiving a credit for the pizza we had ALREADY PAID FOR. Manager assures me the credit will hit my account, it never does. I let it go it was just a medium single topping, no big deal. Then tonight we order delivery and my pizzas show up, all 3 undercooked and one with the wrong topping(stuff i cannot eat and honestly wouldnt it looked like they dumped the thing that catches all the toppings on my pizza). I contact customer service(no help there) so I call the store. I ask to speak to the manager and am transferred. I begin speaking with a young man and he puts me on hold them comes back and informs me his manager (whom I was under the impression i was speaking to in the first place as i had been transferred but i guess not) said it’s basically not possible for the pizza to be undercooked as it goes through on a timer(It’s important to note that the cheese wasn’t melted. The top looked slightly melted but when I bit into it it was still cheese shreds falling apart) and that they can replace the one that was wrong but not everything. Im fed up at this point and asked to speak with the manager. He puts me on hold for 7 minutes then manager finally gets on the phone and suddenly my food can be fixed and replaced. I wasn’t trying to get free food. I even told them they could have the other ones back, I just wanted something that was actually edible. Im happy they replaced the food but it should not have been that difficult to simply get what I paid for. Quality shouldnt go down just because of dinner rushes.

***wrote this review before our replacement was delivered. It was clear they were being complete and total smart asses with the replacement. It barely had sauce on it and was so dry it was exactly like biting into cardboard. This will be my last time ordering from this establishment. The owner definitely needs to look into how his manager is handling his restaurant. This was beyond ridiculous.

Currently sitting at the newly reopened dine in at the Parker Co Pizza Hut and I am very pleased! It may not be updated decor on the inside but it gives the classic Pizza Hut vibe! The service was amazing and it’s like they never had to close! Definitely coming back!

Telling Like It Is
I remember when Pizza Hut was the bomb. Not so much these days. Staff was friendly. Food was ok. The restaurant is in need of an update. There was one guy sitting in the restaurant but I didn’t see him eating. He could have been waiting for an order. If that was the case, then no one was eating there. Back to needing an update…. nevermind. Just tear it down and build a modern Pizza Hut. I will not touch the bathroom…you know why.

We ordered pizza for my family to watch football this afternoon. My husband went and picked it up and came home quite quickly. We immediately started to eat. After my husband took a bite. He said that it was raw. I tried my pizza and low and behold IT WAS RAW AND GUMMY. I thought no worries I’ll call they can remake and we can get it done. The gentleman who answered the phone said that because we had already taken pieces from the pizza the next step would be to put it in our own oven as we had already taken bites from the food. I asked for the manager and he put me on hold.. here’s where it’s funny. I hung up and the man who called my phone back sounded identical to the man who said he was not a manager, but yhen identified himself as MILES. He then said what can I do for you. At that point I was already in the car on my way to take the pizza back. I told him the gentleman was rude and I would discuss it when I got there.
When I walked in, there were only 2 guys working. When I asked him where the gentleman was that answered the phone he said he sent him home. Doesn’t make sense as it’s very busy and shouldn’t be sending anyone home during a lunch rush. Fishy story, fishy service… not quite sure what the purpose of lying is but this is by far the most ridiculous location I have ever been to. I have never felt more frustrated with a pizza joint in my life. I will be contacting corporate to establish who the GM or Region Manager is.. or if it is in fact a franchise.. I need to know that customer service is a thing of the past and a simple pizza order can be executed without incident.

Dine in is closed. I carried out two pizzas and an order of breadsticks. Everything was correct. My only issue is I don’t think they proofed the pan pizza enough. It was pretty thin. Other than that everything was great, toppings were plentiful, and the CSR had me verify my order before I left. I’d eat here again.

When I went in the young lady that helped me was so nice and helpful, it was a delicious looking pizza and came out in a timely manner. Customer service was excellent which is very rare nowadays, most places you deal with machines to order jaela made our whole experience great. We will definitely be ordering from here more often. I was driving by the store and a gentleman that states he is the manager and he is outside cursing at 2 customers and trying to fight them. I asked the employee to go back in the building because he does not need to instigate fighting with his customers. I went in the building to ask for a manager to come get there employee and he ended up pushing me. This employee needs to be let go because he was out of line. The customers were just driving by when the employee became aggressive. I will no longer go to this Pizza Hut if this is the kind of employees they hire

For a Pizza Hut it’s really good and it’s great to have a location with a dine in. The pizza was 100 times better than other locations delivery or pickup. All Pizza Huts should take notice and bring back dine in!

Big time avoid this place. One of the worst pizza I ever had in my whole life.
No cheese on the pizza, no Parmesan crust on the pizza. It’s really stale, called store and someone answered and sounded really rude.Just trashed it. I wish I could do zero stars here
