Waited an hour for a curbside pickup. This location was Understaffed, so I understood. Problem is, I was told 20 minutes in, it would be ready in 5. Then that it was on the cutting table and would be ready in 5. Then they had it and were on the way out. Waited another 10 minutes, went inside and waited another 10 minutes. Then they come out and tell me there “was an issue” with the pizza and that they “threw it away.” Just total lies…avoid like the plague.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They’re open late which is a plus. The manager has been helpful when things go wrong. Delivery, when they have the people, can be on time or REALLY slow (hrs long). The quality is on par with other Pizza Hut’s. However, I think they never put enough pepperoni even when requested.

Driver delivered my pizza to my neighbor several houses down. The neighbor, who I don’t really know, brought it over to me after opening all of my boxes and the food was cold. Pizza Hut did not offer to re-make my food or refund me even though a stranger went through all of my food.

well, the staff was great. However the product was horrible. Initially the wrong order was made, ordered two pizzas, New Yorker and custom Deep Dish. Deep Dish was made wrong (hand tossed crust) and thankfully I checked before I left. Staff made correct pizza while I was waiting.But quality was horrible. New Yorker crust had a very yellowish tine and the pepperoni tasted “synthetic” Toppings all around were tasteless, and the incorrect pizza crust was so bad (crust tasteless) did not eat. Threw most of it out, should have gone back but not worth the trouble. Have noit had Pizza Hut in many years and now probably not ever again. Product has gone down hill in a big way. Had three different types and all three were horrible.

Unfortunately, I have to join the chorus here of bad experiences. We’ve ordered online with the app numerous times and can totally understand delays happen. Today’s delivery was correct in that it included everything we ordered, but the quality was mediocre at best as a result of the significant time delay between the food being prepared and then subsequently delivered. There was an hour and a half gap between food being listed as being prepared and then delivered and the food was room temperature by the time it reached us. At this point the cost for pizza plus delivery charge by the restaurant and then including a tip at the time of purchase just does not add up to make ordering food from this restaurant worth it.

Knock know who’s there? One star!! No customer service at all, waited so long for my food. These two women didn’t seem to care, sometimes I wonder what are they getting paid for. I fell very bad for the owner because I know the owner doesn’t want to see this outcome. Overall, I really don’t have to say anything these reviews speak for themselves. Hopefully things change and I will be able to update my review.

Never received my pizza! Pizzahut contracted Door Dash to deliver. Guy is probably enjoying eating my pizza with no ramifications. I gave up after 2 hours of waiting and Pizza Hut employees saying its not my problem.

Ordered pizza online for curbside. When I got there I called and no one answered. I went inside and no one came to the front to see who came in. I called again while I was standing in their lobby. No one answered!. After a 2nd person came into the lobby finally someone came up. Just horrible service.
