When I first ordered my four pizzas off the app, the app indicated that the pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes. I actually did not get to the shop until 30 minutes after placing the order because of heavy traffic, and when I got there, my order was only partially complete (did they give away one of my other pizzas?). As a result, while my three pizzas waited in the heater, the crew began my last pizza.

The person taking my order did not help much. I paid $14 for a one topping med pizza and $7.99 for a large pizza!! He did not say a word about the difference!! Poor customer service! We won’t be back for sure!

Every time I get delivery and choose the “contactless” option, they stand there and knock on the door repeatedly until I eventually come to the door. They guy tonight said “do you want me to just leave it here”, after I answered the door…Why have the option if none of your employees can read?

As a 30-year plus chef in the hospitality industry we experienced extremely poor business when we ordered nearly $100 in pizza at 4:00 on a Friday for the house full of people and guests that did not have 3 hours to eat dinner. I called the store at an hour and a half of waiting and the store told me it would be here soon because of the driver had a flat tire. another 45 minutes later I contacted the store and told them at 2 hours later it had still not shown up and had very minimal communication from the driver and store. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza place for many many years but not only did I lose a couple hundred of my rewards points that were going to expire they told me they couldn’t put them back on my account so I told them not to worry about anymore points cuz I probably will I ever order Pizza Hut again. Don’t order from Englewood if you want delivery..

The ordering process for a home delivered order was not overly complex and it was easy to change selections to get just what we wanted. In addition to the Pizza we ordered, we also ordered 8 Boneless Wings, and 4 bottles of PEPSI. The order was quantitively correct, but the Pizza was lacking qualitatively. The wings were OK, nothing special with very heavy breading, but flavorful and a little too salty.
