Two stars because sometimes they get the order right. They frequently don’t include the sauces that cost EXTRA or they include the wrong ones. My pizza was supposed to have drizzle as the DEFAULT and it wasn’t on there. If someone would just check orders before they go this could be avoided.

This location turned a simple pizza order into a masterclass in incompetence.
They forgot an entire pizza. When they finally resent the missing pizza through DoorDash, they tried to charge me another $26…after I had already paid over $60. I called and sat on hold for over 30 minutes…like the poor DoorDash guy also waited for half an hour.
When I refused to pay twice for their mistake, the only “solutions” offered were to resend it again through DoorDash (what? So we could do this experience again?) or for me to pick it up myself. Then they hung up on me.
Except the call didn’t disconnect. I could hear staff talking trash about me, clearly assuming I was no longer on the line. Nothing says professionalism like insulting the customer after messing up their order.
If you’re looking for missing food, wasted time, being overcharged, hung up on, and mocked…congrats, you’ve found your Pizza Hut.

Do not order pizza from here.

We placed an order through the Pizza Hut app for delivery to our hotel, and when it arrived, one of the pizzas was missing. We called the store, and they said they would send a replacement pizza via DoorDash (even though our original order was not placed through DoorDash).

When the DoorDash driver arrived, he told us we had to pay for the replacement pizza. We explained that it was supposed to be covered by Pizza Hut, but he stated he had been instructed to collect payment. We contacted Pizza Hut again and were placed on hold for over 30 minutes, only to be told that we needed to resolve the issue with DoorDash, despite never ordering through them.

To avoid further delay, we paid for the pizza so the driver could leave and then attempted to resolve the issue with the local store. After finally reaching them, we were told our only options were to have another DoorDash delivery or to pick it up ourselves. When we explained that we did not want to repeat the same issue we had just experienced, the conversation became heated and the call was abruptly disconnected, with no resolution provided.

Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience with poor communication and customer service.

I want to thank Carolyn, the General Manager of this Pizza Hut, for her kindness and generosity. Due to a unexpected delay on a prior order, I was given a credit on my account. Today I placed an order using the credit but I did not use the entire credit. I was unable to transfer it to the Educational Literacy Program or pay it forward to another customer, so Carolyn graciously offered to take care of the next customer to see that the spirit of giving was extended. Carolyn went above and beyond to make my experience right and to insure that our order was accurate and timely. This would have been enough to bring us back in as customers, but her willingness to pay it forward, shows me what an amazing person she must be and exemplifies the spirit of Pizza Hut in this community. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION – PICK ANY OTHER ONE Order was wrong but you cannot contact this location directly if there is a problem. You get the call center and they are very unprofessional and unable to help with anything other than placing an order. The call center said they would send a replacement order at no cost for the incorrect item but when it arrived the delivery driver said he was supposed to collect money. I had already paid $50.00 for the incorrect order and now they wanted another $30.00 for the correct one, which by the way, was not correct the 2nd time. The original delivery driver came in our business with her phone on speaker and a kid screaming in the background, didn’t say anything, made me take the food out of the bag because heaven forbid she put her phone down. I don’t mind being helpful if warranted but she clearly didn’t care about customer service. The 2nd driver was awesome even though I just told him to take the 2nd delivery back because I was not paying for it. He was so kind and understanding and I gave him a bigger tip than the original driver even though it was a completely botched order. Never getting Pizza Hut again

The new manager is a real piece of work, and SO RUDE to his team (they’re hilariously understaffed, and the manager acts like its the high school age workers that are the problem )

My food never even got made and the manager yelled at me about it and threatened to ban me for asking where my order was, while also yelling at everyone else.

Go to a different pizza hut location!!!
