So the knocked down the original Pizza Hut to make this fast food Pizza Hut so they could pump out low quality pizza for a higher price. I got a meat lovers pan pizza for the low low price of $45 and instead of getting a meat lovers I got a meat “kinda” let’s count 3 sausage 3 pepperoni and 1 tiny bacon 1 ham. Like these these used to come with a nice thick crust for pan pizza and tons of meat. Now they skimp out on literally everything. I will not be back this was so bad.

Ordered the NY Style pizza. Got to say it was anything but. The pizza was dry as dust. Crust was very hard and pizza tasted like cardboard, not that I’ve ever eaten cardboard before but I can imagine it would probably taste better than this. Born and raised in NY, I know what NY Style pizza is supposed to be like, this is not it. The pizza’s being made at this location haven’t really been that great since the old Pizza Hut was torn down and a new one built. Not sure what the issue is.

Rude and unprofessional. I parked in front of this restaurant as I was early for a meeting at a neighboring restaurant. Five minutes later, someone parked next to me, went inside, and put a sign directly in front of my car, and went back inside. I stayed briefly to finish some work on my phone, then moved my car. The same gentleman then moved the sign again and glared at me. Lastly, this all occurred around 8AM…your restaurant doesn’t even open until 10AM.
A polite request to move would have been more than enough—no need for this rudeness. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from here and urge others to not frequent this location.

Literally had the worst pizza of my life. Ordered a “NY Style” pizza via delivery. It arrived within about 30 min – but when it arrived, it looked and tasted like a piece of cardboard. The pizza was as solid as cardboard, and it was barely warm, dried out, and had tasted very bland. I was shocked someone even thought it would be OK to serve.

Hello, i ordered a normal cheese pizza the other night and some kid looks around 16 years old with curly hair slide the pizza to me and it fell on the floor and he wouldn’t remake me the pizza. I have never had this happen at this location. All my daughter wanted was a cheese pizza for her birthday and now she doesn’t get one. I am very disappointed. After this incident he went back on his phone and left. I am very upset.

I have not had Pizza Hut in years so this review perhaps is biased because I was really delighted to get to eat it again. Since I moved away from a location it just doesn’t make sense to get it because it will be cold by the time we get home. I have considered getting on road trips a few times as well and it always seems to be a closed location or too big of a line or something so I ended up skipping it every time I had the chance until the other day. We decided to stop by this location in Castle Rock and just eat in the parking lot so that we didn’t have to deal with the long drive home and eat it cold. There’s one parking spot nearby with shade so we were just chilling over there. It didn’t take long at all I think about 10 minutes. Then we were able to grab our food from the pickup drive-thru which was convenient. And they even had paper plates to offer us so that was super awesome since we were eating in the car. And that would be great on a trip as well. As for the food it was just as I remembered it. We got personal pan pizzas and breadsticks I got a double order of breadsticks because it had been so long since I had had it I really wanted to make sure I had some leftovers haha. It was really delicious the only thing missing was parmesan packets I should have asked for some. That would have been nice on the sauce. Anyway I highly recommend this Pizza Hut especially if you’re just stopping by for a personal pan pizza and breadsticks for lunch. I really enjoyed this meal. And I haven’t been eating much this past week because of a tragedy so it was nice to have a meal that I completed. Thank you.

2 minutes after “close” I walk in with the open sign still on and door unlocked I get told they are closed and won’t make my order for one pie….. lock up and turn your sign off then …….I come in all the time and ill only be back if Becca is working.. if not then FO.

I had a large pizza from here the other day that was fantastic! This is my fast food pizza spot for castle rock. Plenty of parking to walk in and pick up or go through the drive thru. I recommend ordering here.

I can’t even offer 1 star. Ordered for delivery on Halloween night, was told it would be 30 minutes. Two hours later, delivery person showed up. I told him either you give it to me for free or I don’t want it. The delivery person walked away. Two hours?? Seriously?? The least they could do is save face and give me the food for free. They are just going to toss it out anyway. Horrible service.

We ordered delivery and discovered it’s now outsourced through DoorDash. Wouldn’t be a big deal except it showed up and was the wrong order, but the driver didn’t speak English even when we told him it was the wrong order. We proceeded to call the store and had to be redirected several times through the automated system. By the time we finally reached someone at the store, we explained and they tried to credit us the subtotal amount instead of the full amount. When we asked if they wanted the name and phone number of the person we got their order (which was on the receipt), they said “I’m sure they’ll call in”. Poor service.
