Ordered 3 large pizzas. One of which was meat lovers with jalapeños. They gave me cheese with jalapeños. I called and let them know, they redelivered the meat lovers but with NO JALAPEÑOS!!! and the pizza dough was too soft/undercooked. Thank you anyway.

BEWARE OF FRAUD.
I ordered two medium pizzas. What I received looked like bread with scraps of toppings. The crust took up nearly half of the entire pizza, leaving almost no actual food. Paying for multiple toppings is pointless when they’re barely present. This is misleading at best. I’ll be disputing the charge as fraudulent.

I tried to share this with pizza but themselves but I got one of those endless “we are processing your request” screens that companies give when they get bad feedback. Here is what I sent them:
First the pizza. The middle had no sauce at all the the edges were bursting with sauce, I’d be happy to share pictures. My breadsticka came with no marinara sauce and my chicken Alfredo pasta tastes like nothing. Seriously, I dont know what it tastes like but the closest thing I can think of is water.
I haven’t had pizza hut in two years. Now I remember why.

I ordered 2 cheese pizzas and both were so over cooked I couldn’t chew it. I tried putting my own sauce to make it easier to swallow but decided to call and have the pizzas replaced. I get there for my new pizzas (also over done) and probably won’t order from this location again.

Honestly it’s sad to see customer service places to go to shit, service 1 star, due to ordering a delivery and having a error please call store to confirm, getting charged for the order, but then “Elijah” a “manager” refused to make my order, refused to make it and me to pick it up even though I ordered delivery, tipped 10$ for my delivery and still didn’t get accommodated. His disrespect on the phone was unprofessional and hanging up on a customer with a issue is rude and disrespectful. Never resolved my issue. Another customer loss because of shitty customer service. Highly unprofessional.

I’m happy with this location, probably my fav pizza hut spot. We went hammed on the order and they did exactly what I ordered. Their stuffed crust is also more flavorful than other locations!!! This place surprised me with fast food quality.

The young man who helped me in store I believe was the same kid who helped me in the phone. He was very nice and kind and I really liked his customer service. My complaint for my review though is there are no parmesan or chili packets you now have a container to buy that’s optional For little caesars this is okay they’re pizza is so much cheaper but pizza hut hasn’t gone down very much over the years and now they wanna charge for those things on top of the already over priced pizza. Just opened my pizza and NO CHEESE!!!!! I paid an extra$2 for stuffed crust what’s they do pull it from the top??

Do not order online for delivery they wont do delivery and dont even bother to call, their rude and they will pick up the phone and leave you hanging there till you decide to hang up.
