The delivery man was amazing! I tipped him cash very well for him delivering me pizza on my birthday when I had Covid. Thank you so much! To the staff that hung up on me twice and I ended up having to have my retired mother call for me that’s how poor the customer service was. The apps overwhelm me and I prefer to talk to a human. It’s close and continent so I pray they don’t spit in my food. Thank you amazing delivery driver you saved my day! And he even went back to the store to bring me my sauce. You’re the best!

I’ve had some bad luck with recieving my correct order on my last 3 visits… considering I’ve gone to pick up 2 of the 3 last orders, I’ve been able to catch the issues before leaving there store and have had them fixed, thank goodness… but that’s not the reason for my review. The reason for my review today is solely based upon the young lady that has helped and cashed me out the last two times named Maddie, or Mattie. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and satisfied with the final outcome of my orders, and has shown genuine care for me and my dissatisfaction with the incorrect orders. She is a rare human being, who not just cares for the orders, but you can tell that she has worked on, and mastered her art of customer service. If I could have it my way, I would work with no one else but her from here on out… I felt she genuinely cared FOR ME. I manage for a large corporate restaurant, and if she worked at my store, I’d be begging her to join my management team! That’s EXACTLY where she belongs! Go Maddie! Go Maddie! Keep up the fantastic work, and the phenomenal attitude and customer service!

They delivered wrong order and when I called I can only get a call center that says just call back until the store answers. I have spent 45 minutes trying to call and get a hold of them. Now I have been on hold for another 18 minutes and still on hold with a manager at call center. She said she can’t help me and is trying to get a hold of the store. I feel like they stole my money and delivered me some garbage. Super disappointed in pizza hut. I want a refund on my order or the right order is all!!!!

99% of the time I love this locatin.
But this order was the worst.
I ordered at 6:18 pm on a Monday, have an order delivery time for 7:35 pm, & it shows up at 7:53 pm!

I have to update my previous review. This location really lacks everything. Whenever you call them, no matter what time of day, you get transferred to a remote location. Your order is never what you’ve asked for, and you are blessed if you get it within the time frame that is designated. This location barely ever answers the phone. I am really starting to wonder if the store ever employs people to answer the phone. I don’t believe that I have legitimately spoken to a store employee in over 3 months. I have asked for my pizza to be well done, however, I still need to cook my order for 20 minutes after receiving it. This is because it’s typically cold when I receive it, on top of the fact that when I order it with extra cheese, the cheese is not fully melted. I hope that this location can become better.
