No one OUTPIZZAS the Hut!
Not sure why this place has bad reviews.. from my experience, I could say that the food was Delicious. I got a mushroom sausage thin crust pizza, as well as a pepperoni ham, deep dish with a side of brownie dessert, triple chocolate it was all made perfectly and I would definitely choose Pizza Hut over Domino’s.

I found a clear rubber band in my pizza and when I called them about it they refuse to make it right because I had already ate some of the pizza? Who buys food and inspects every inch of it before eating it? You go to a food establishment trusting in them to make your food right and they end up doing some clownish acts. Then you try to bring it up to them and they refuse to make it right. Sebastian the manager is running a joke of an establishment here please take your business somewhere where you’re going to be taken seriously. The food isn’t even that good here.

Ordered hot honey pep and hot honey wings, was given regular pep and honey bbq wings. (These items are more expensive) when I talked to the manager I was told they tried to find hot honey other restraints and there was none. He also told me there was nothing he could do for me. There was not even an effort to make up for sending something I did not ask for. Customer service is dead in today’s world. I can only assume Pizza Hut doesn’t want my business or anyone else’s. Must be making too much money to put forth good customer service or make up for a mistake on there part. Oh last thing more crust than pizza ☹️

My husband and I ordered a bbq pizza with beef grilled chicken and onions when it came it looked like it was tilted to one side on the drive here. The toppings were off the pizza on the side of the box by the crust there was places on the pizza where it was just dough. Tried to call store but no answer

Ordered delivery and never got it i had to go to the pizza hut to get my things. Also called and they would answer then hangup. Pluss when I got there none of the employees were doing anything.

Placed an order online and when my food came out my melt was completely burnt,not even edible, so I showed it to one of the employees and he said he could a new one make a new one for me. When the new melt came out it was still a little burnt, but it was edible.

Upon visiting this location as a last minute dinner option for myself and friends to enjoy, I was happily surprised with the warm reception we received while ordering and the quality of the selections we made exceeding our meal expectations. When I arrived I was anticipating getting a large 3-topping pizza with breadsticks as my usual pizza shop order, however the cashier was so helpful and courteous of our party size & cravings that I changed my mind and ordered the ‘Ultimate Hut Bundle’ and a ‘Triple Chocolate Brownie’ instead for variety for everyone to choose from. I paid less than I was hoping for & I was able to add a desert thanks to their ‘$7 Deal Lover’s menu.’ The food was exactly what we hoped for and the savings were a great bonus!
