I always have a great experience at this Pizza Hut! They know me by name and they’re already pulling my order out as soon as I walk in. The staff is always friendly, fast, and consistent. My food is always hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. Really appreciate the great service every time!

This Pizza Hut is on a streak with getting my orders wrong three in a row! Here is an image of the lovely burnt pizza they delivered to me the other night. I’m in the process of contacting the Guinness Book of World Records. It is by far the worst Pizza Hut in the history of Pizza Huts…probably ever!

Placed an order to feed my peers for lunch at our meeting, received these burned pizzas. We were on a time crunch and had no choice but to eat around what we could and even had to order food from elsewhere. When I returned to the store to see what we could do to resolve this because I’m obviously upset about paying over $100 for burnt pizzas, they tell me they can’t do a refund and I have yet to hear from the GM despite being told he would reach out. I’m very disappointed, the business I work for usually orders here for meetings and events but we will be looking elsewhere moving forward. I couldn’t even get a resolution. I do not recommend, bad business and obviously bad pizzas and employee training.

I ordered a pizza from the hotel very close to the Pizza Hut branch at 7960 N Mesa St, El Paso, TX 79932. In the order I asked for packets of red pepper. When I received the pizza at the hotel and tipped the driver, it turns out I didn’t receive any red pepper or napkins. It’s frustrating to feel the poor service from that location. I hope they improve the service and if they can’t do it, look for another job.
