DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE COMING FROM THE “MANAGER” which it seemed that when I just called and asked for the Manger she answered all lost saying she was the manger which it didn’t seem since she kept talking about some Canutillo stuff when she answered the phone not even a professional opening on her call being the Store Manager which she didn’t care why I was calling after my order being messed up I told her that they didn’t add the pineapple, ham or black olives she obviously didn’t care all she said was sorry.Icant understand how they can have these type of people being promoted to managers or even working on a place where Customer Service is the top priority.All of us work for for our money really hard and give the best of us so people won’t have complaints about us but then there’s always these type of people that don’t care on what customers pay for their orders and think that with saying sorry is going to fix the problem . Worst customer service!!!

Best pizza hut that ive been to in a long time. The manager there…cant remember her name…I think it was Liz…she was awesome. She made sure I had everything on my order. Definitely tops Papa John’s and dominoes and every other pizza place in Socorro

I ordered two Super Supremes for my son’s birthday, but sadly they were missing quite a bit of toppings, and they did NOT have enough cheese! Over $60 for these miserable pizzas! Should have ordered Domino’s Extravaganza pizzas. Less price, and even though smaller, way BETTER than these ugly pizzas! A Super Supreme is supposed to have basically all the toppings, except for anchovies and pineapple! They even had a weird ODOR! I called Pizza Hut, but was transferred to a call center. The lady said she would give the message to the manager, but no one ever returned my call.

Ordered thru doordash as a gift for a friend and pizza looked terrible and unappetizing. Very disappointing for the price one pays. Quality of food has gone down. Called store and spoke to Roy to try and rectify problem, was told it was a Door dash problem. They could not help me. Very dissatisfied.

We paid $82 for 2 pizzas 24 wings and a pasta. It sounded pricy, but we said well maybe its good. We were so disappointed. My brother in law asked me if I had ordered thin crust. I did not. I can’t even imagine what the thin crust looks like. Never again pizza hut. This was a huge waste of money and time. My family was still hungry.

They ALWAYS mess up my orders.. it NEVER fails.. something simple as a pepperoni pizza gets messed up.. how do you forget to put pepperoni in a pepperoni pizza? How do you forget to put buffalo sauce on buffalo flavor wings?? Pizza is good but Terrible costumer service!
