Please don’t waste your money here, you are not appreciated. I received a pizza delivery that was not cut and seemed to be made by a toddler. I requested a call back through customer service and they told me I would receive one. I never received a call and decided to call today. The GM cut me off multiple times when I called back to kindly tell her to forget about it, she acted a smart ___. I was kind and patient over the phone so maybe she is stressed or doesn’t care.

Dead! It was my husband’s choice, (being it was Father’s Day) and all he wanted, what’s to try the “My Box”, Pizza Hut new menu item, which comes with a personal pizza and an order of chicken wings. Well, I’m sorry to report, we never got the opportunity to try it. Despite the obviously empty diner, we were rudely informed, (from the manager no less of this Pizza Hut) that if we wanted to order anything, expect to wait an unimaginable 40 minutes. 40 minutes? I asked, Yes, she roughly answered, as she turned away and walked into the back area. Completely unprofessional, unpleasant & bad for business. Needless to say, we will never ever visit this Pizza Hut again. Still intend to try the “My Box” pizza promo, but at another location I suppose.

Placed an online order for a large pizza with 4 toppings. Specifically asked for a well done pizza under special instructions. Pizza does not look close to fully cooked much less well done. Chewy dough, several slices of pepperoni that look like they never saw an oven and bits of cheese that retained their grated form. Lame pizza.

Had a little bit of a wait when I picked up my pickup order and they made it right with a free ice tea. Im not one to complain about anything and I didn’t because i dont mind waiting but their customer service is just that good a potential issue and they got out ahead of it and fixed it that’s the kind of service that earns you customer loyalty and the kind of service you can expect here.

Quality has been going downhill badly. I ordered 2pizzas both had sprinkles of cheese with almost no pepperoni and very little sauce it was dry and almost stale it hurt my teeth. This was once one of my favorite locations because pizza was made cheesy and well done. My pizza was poorly proportioned. I bet a kid on a cooking show would’ve done a better job.

Order online via Pizza Hut app , picked up order when prompted by app, order was not ready when arrived and restaurant was completely empty, then asked if all sauces I ordered were in the bags tied to the order female employee said “what do you mean “ completely oblivious to my question then responded have a good day. Left and when I got home sauces I payed extra for were not with order. Pizza was burnt , as well as bread sticks. I don’t understand how such a simple job can be so difficult for people to at least do the basics required. No effort no urgency no business from me there anymore.
