I would love to give it ZERO stars. OR LESS!! I come to alpine for work and when I do I stay in a hotel ive ordered this Pizza Hut twice it’s been horrible. First time I ordered it at 7:30 paid online. They close at 10:30 and it ordered at 9:30. 10:30 came along I looked at my Ordered and it was cancelled. No notice or anything. I decided to give it a try again after a few months. Ordered ahead of closing time and it arrives half raw and thin you could see through it. You could not even pick the pizza up it was so raw and falling apart, it looked nasty.

I ordered the pizza on line at 5:45pm for 6:00 pm pickup.
Arrived at the restaurant at 5:58 and was told that they were working on it. Ok, I’ll wait.
At 6:30 I again asked the status of our order and received a vague answer referring to a new cook. When I commented that the order was quite late I was told that “If you don’t like it, you can always just leave”.
We finally received our order at 7:09. When i commented about how poor the service was, the manager just said “Yes”. I then looked her in the eye and asked her if she even cared, and her straight faced answer was a straightforward “NO”.
The pizza was cold and dry from sitting on the counter for over an hour while they worked on trying to make the pasta bowl apparently.

Pizza was fine, it would have been better if it would of came as ordered. As you can see in pictures,I ordered extra sauce and after getting home I find that there is no sauce on the pizza and some spots didn’t have cheese, just baked dough.

Another one star review because we ordered a while back and now they can’t deliver it. So the manager or person that said they were the manager decided to just kind of give up and I’m ordering from coops now. Thank God they made me wait until 4:00 until Coop’s opened. This place is pathetic. Pizza Hut in Alpine is pathetic. Hear me now.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst restaurant experience of my life, I have ordered from the Alpine Pizza Hut regularly for the past 8 years since moving here but never ever again. Staff was not only rude they were nasty and aggressive. Driver’s car broke down and pizza was never delivered even though it was marked as delivered on the app, nor did they call. I had to call to find out where the pizza was, was told it wasn’t coming and that I’d have to come to the store in person to pick up cash for a refund the next day (no doubt because the store or the driver did not want to mark the delivery as incomplete). Was told to come at 10:30am when they opened, but when I came at 10:40am the next day, despite there being a sign saying they opened at 10:30am, the store wasn’t opened. I eventually got my refund but not before the manager, who strolled in to open the store on her own time frame, took issue with the fact that I was annoyed after all of that (with good reason! It was not a small amount of money and Pizza Hut had already wasted hours of my time at this point), threatened to fight me, told me I could call the cops to get my money, and finally threw the money at my car while I was sitting in the parking lot. So yeah waited 2 hours with no food and no call, food was marked delivered when it wasn’t, inexplicably told to pick up cash for my refund despite ordering online with my card, and staff were combative because I expected them to open their store at the posted time, the time I was told to arrive. None of these people should be working in customer facing positions. Appalling behavior.

Ordered take-out, the double pepperoni Big New Yorker, and spicy garlic boneless wings. Got home, and the pizza didn’t have much pepperoni on it. I called Pizza Hut to let them know, and the person who answered the phone said to bring it back, and they would make me a new one. I told them it’s fine, just wanted to let them know it didn’t have double pepperoni, and I was going to eat it anyway. The pizza and wings were actually very good. Would recommend ordering a Big New Yorker!

We paid 22 dollars for a pizza and were told it would be 15 minutes. It took 45 because they ran out of ingredients. They did nothing to apologize or anything while we were waiting with a hungry toddler.

Pizza Hut- Well it’s a chain pizza place, you either love it or hate it. The one in Alpine is just ok, when you get take-out order when your not hungry so that when you are the pizza comes at the perfect time. When ordering take-out the wait is sooo long, I am speaking from experience. As in restaurant eating, it’s ok, the wait is long, so when with a group, don’t go when your hungry, go before so you talk your way into hunger! The buffet is nice! The taste of the pizza is good. This is an ok place, never my first choice.
