This place needs help…BAD! Walked in, and the manager was interviewing someone for a job. Then she decided to help me. She checked me out, and after handing me my chicken wing order. She asked me if I needed a bag. Uh…Yea that might help. The other worker there was doing everything else alone. I ordered Tavern pizza, and they gave me the wrong crust. It was raw and soft. At least make it crispy . I also ordered crispy cupped pepperoni, and it was wrong. The Pizza Hut App has the nerve to ask for a minimum 18% tip on your purchase. Get better management! I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS. . I’m a big tipper if the service is real good

The food is good and lives up to the Pizza Hut standard. The service was also good. Unfortunately, this slum of an establishment is filthy around every corner. The floors are caked in grease, and the grout is stained with filth. The ceiling is stained, and all the air vents contain a thick film of dirt and grime. The restrooms are some of the filthiest I’ve ever stepped foot into, and the smell from them is nauseating, to say the least. I would return for the food, but the filth will keep me far, far away.

Ordered for a family member. I put the incorrect address by a digit. Called the store and was advised the order was delivered. Spoke with a manager and replaced my order. Was so happy as this was a gift. I really appreciate his customer service.

We we’re on a road trip headed to San Antonio. We were all kind of hungry so we decided to stop in for Stockton at Pizza Hut. We noticed that it said you could dine in so great! We got here and it was very dark, It was about 7:30 PM. We came in in the big man standing behind the counter just stared at us and then said what do you want?! we hadn’t even had time to take a look at any menu and we were standing up at the counter so we quickly just told him what kind of pizza we wanted he told us it would be about 25 minutes so we decided to sit at one of the booths and wait. He had asked us if it was for dining or carryout and we told him it was for dine in. But our pizza was finally ready about half an hour later in motion just to come up to the counter to get it. My husband brought it back to the table and we hadn’t gotten any napkins or plates or anything. I stood up there waiting for quite a while to get someone’s attention to ask him for some. Once I finally got his attention, the same man we ordered with irritatingly, grab some plates and almost threw them at me and told us that the dining room was closed. He said there was some note on the door that said that. The photo attached is obviously the sign he was referring to! Not like you can even SEE it! There were other people sitting at some of the other tables waiting for their pizzas as well so I guess you can order and sit here, but you can’t eat here. Now we don’t, why Pizza Hut is going out of business! It’s places like this that make a business go under! We’ll all be better off from that happens!

This Pizza Hut restaurant is in desperate need of an upgrade or a remodel. The interior is outdated and seems to be a warehouse or storage of what used to be a dining area. The bathrooms here are also outdated and in need of repairs. The restaurant just seemed neglected and unkempt.

The staff is great and the dining in area was clean. The food was kind of what you’d expect for a Pizza Hut and it was okay. Is there really a bad pizza?!?
We dined in for lunch and it appeard they would rather not have dine in customers.
They should bring back the lunch buffet as it looks like they still have the bar for it. I bet it would drive a lunch crowd!

Ordered online and got the ‘your order received’ and waited an hour. Decided to call the store to see if they got the order, but the number takes you to a central call center and they have no clue what’s going on. Got transferred at sat on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up and calling back, again no help. Gave up and ordered dominos at the 90 minute point when the order from Pizza Hut still said ‘116-126 minute eta’. Long story short, dominos delivered in 20 minutes, then 10 minutes later (over two hours from original order time) finally Pizza Hut delivered. Pizza and breadsticks were soggy, and the chicken was downright cold and to say they were tossed in buffalo sauce is a complete joke, picture below. DO NOT USE THIS PIZZA HUT, call dominos instead
