Terrible. First the pizza wasn’t what I ordered. I figured I would just go ahead and keep it, since I was hungry and didn’t want to wait. Second it was cold along with the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. Third no sauce with the sides they were cold as well. Normally I wouldn’t put a review like this but this is the third time they’ve messed up my order. I pretty sure that’s not a pepperoni pizza

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ! I ordered my food at 4:40 and it didn’t arrive to me until 7:20pm. Along with the most rudest and unprofessional customer service from staff , who hangs up in faces and lies about his position and his name. He told me his name was Jason and he was a supervisor. I found out his name is Justin, and his GM explained what kind of employee he is. In my opinion he is one employee that doesn’t need to be hire-able at any establishment. His attitude definitely makes you lose all civilization. I’m still making complaints on this store for this employee until I see they made a change. Doesn’t do justice to get late cold and old food and to deal with NASTY customer service on top of it .

To the evening crew that worked on 2626, couldn’t have asked for a more perfect pizza. The crust was perfect, so flavorful, u guys were so busy, and out of all stores in town I haven’t had one like this. Rock on!

Order online and pick up some pizzas last week and is been a long that I’ve eaten at Pizza Hut and I think my last one, order two pizzas both on pan pizza, first one was not a pan pizza and order some spicy marinara sauce and was regular, second pizza order chicken and when we came home and opened the pizza was no chicken on the pizza and was basically just bread no cheese or sauce, have to wait additional 17 min. For pizza to be ready order Mountain Dew and don’t have people work there not friendly at all, it was really disappointing and unpleasant food.

We ordered the big box with 2 pizzas, wings and cheese sticks. I remove all the meat from our supreme pizza but ask for extra bell peppers onions and mushrooms, it goes from 24.99 to 35.99. For veggies? With no meat? Also these were the cheese sticks we received. My special 24.99 box turned out to be 48 with the tip.

I had a terrible experience at this store I went and ordered a Pizza around 10 but instead I ended up feeling uncomfortable by the inappropriate comments this Middle aged man with glasses he looked like he needed to shave and he has an odd sense of humor he was wearing a manager’s shirt he started to take my order after he started asking me what was I doing later and I should come by after closing he proceeded by trying to get ahold of my hand then tell me there’s away to get a free pizza my next visit i have no idea on how this manager is still there. Are their any other women who maybe have had a similar experience at this store when I got home I told my husband what I experienced and I had to stop my husband from going up there because of the inappropriate comments he gave me. I am going to press charges but I literally don’t know his name or if they’ll even believe me I’ve never had this happen to me at any other restaurant I most definitely am not returning to this location. I feel completely sorry for him that he has to offer free pizza to his customers

Pizza was cold, I paid for three toppings and it somehow still looked extremely sparse, how do you charge extra for banana peppers and then have literally only 5 rings on the entire pizza? Also very dry. Definitely switching to dominoes :/

Hi . I am a regular customer at pizza hut at the 4400 north Midland drive location. I also live at wildflower apt located right behind the store . Last Sunday aug 17th i was arriving home late from work when i saw the back door propped open due to my apt balcony facing that direction when i saw an employee who i know as camden younger guy who works there as i believe a cook. 2 other dark haired individuals 1 male 1 female. Engaged in inappropriate sexual acts . I was in disbelief. I got in my car and drove around to the front to see if maybe i was seeing things yet to my disappointment i was right the female was on her knees between both males who had their pants down performing an act while all three seemed to be groping and kissing
It was after the location was closed . Around midnight . I did express my concern to the cashier Amber who works at the register who informed me she would let her manger know but im not sure if she has because nothing seems to have been doing regarding the issue im disgusted and will not be ordering from there anymore. If I could rate a negative star it would be an understatement. This pizza hut has been unprofessional for the past 4 months I don’t know whats changed but it’s definitely noticeable

Veggie Pizza for hubby was awesome, just need to chop the veggies more. The slices were HUGE!! My 9 yo loved the pepperoni melt. It did look good. Scheduled a pick up. It was fresh and right out the oven. Will be returning.

I ORDERED OUR TYPICAL LARGE PIZZA WITH THREE TOPPINGS BUT RECEIVED AN ADDITIONAL UNSANITARY INGREDIENT. THERE WAS A HAIR UNDER OUR PIZZA INSIDE THE BOX. IT DISGUSTED US AS A FAMILY AND UPON REMOVING THE PIZZA TO TAKE PICTURES MY HUSBAND DECIDED WE SHOULD NOT EAT IT OF COURSE. SO IN HINDSIGHT WE WASTED MONEY AND BY THE TIME WE GOT HOME TO ENJOY THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED SO WE COULDN’T CALL TO COMPLAIN. I WAS NEEDLESS TO SAY NO ALRIGHT WITH THIS ORDER AND QUESTIONING IF WE WILL RETURN. IT’S SAD BECAUSE THIS (WAS) OUR FAVORITE PIZZA PLACE. HOPEFULLY I CAN ATTACH THE PICS FOR VIEWING.

Probably the best pizza I’ve ever gotten from any pizza hut in the Permian Basin. They had my order to go and even after driving home the pizza was not and the wings were still juicy. Will be ordering from here from now on.
