Great service and staff! We had 30 pizzas delivered to a nearby football stadium for a school event. This was outside the normal delivery area for this location but Gabriel and Tiara worked with us. The food was fresh and hot. Students were pleased. Thanks!!

Pizza Hut on parkway is one of the best pizzas places I’ve came to in Lubbock. Crystal the manger was so sweet and nice when it came to taking my order. She made sure everything on my order was right and made sure I left a happy customer!! Definitely a 5 star all around!

If I could give this Pizza Hut a 0 star I would. The front counter and drive thru guy was rude as hell! We pulled up and no greeting or anything. We asked for our pizza and he just walked off. And when we asked for our buffalo sauce it was straight rude attitude. I understand rough days but if you can’t handle customer service then they shouldn’t have you in the front where you have to deal with customers !!!

Edit: Tried to give another chance. Food was still completely disgusting and inedible. I give up. This is the WORST Pizza Hut EVER. And that’s coming from an ex PH employee.
Food was hard as a rock. The melt and the fries both. I ordered 25 minutes after they opened and it some how looks smells and tastes like i got fries that’s been sitting for while?? the crust to the melt was impossible for me to bite through and the bacon in it was all LITERALLY only fat. Not a single piece of real bacon meat was in the melt. It all tasted so so bad.

The pizza was great I highly recommend the backyard BBQ, the server tylor was really nice and helpful will definitely be going back soon.
