Today was the second time I have ordered pizza online to be delivered. Prepaid for the pizza and delivery and even applied a tip. It never showed up so my wife called and at first they kept telling us they had no such order for us. Then as we were starting to get frustrated about it to say the least because we were charged for it , they said oh it’s here. It’s not for delivery it’s a pickup order and we will have to charge you a upgrade fee. I would take a picture of the receipt but I dropped it as I was leaving the store because I had to pay y’all to go pick up my delivery order. You are certainly not the only restaurant in Seminole that wants my money! If you are that short handed that a delivery person is not available and you see it is a delivery order that a person has payed for comes in , have the decency to call the customer and explain that instead of just not delivering and keeping their money. That is just plain stealing from your customers.

The new location, and it ain’t new, they been here for several years. But we ate here and the salad was good and the pizza was great. I’ll go and get it and bring it home and pig out before the wife gets home. Love it. Will be going back.

Found a hair in my pizza and they didn’t want to give my money back. They gave me a choice of another pizza stuffed or regular. After the whole pizza was almost gone.

“Buffet Tuesday Night” worse buffet. Not worth it at all. Selection when I arrive was horrible, dry and been there for a while. Requested just a Pepperoni Pizza and it took over 30 minutes for it to come out. Lost my appetite by the time it came out. Krystal was great and following up with everyone but there was no good fresh pizza. She was more worried about the guest than having the kitchen making pizza. Seems like a young staff with little experience. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place at all for the buffet.

We decided to get pizza delivered while on our way home, places the order online and it said delivery would be 5pm. No problem seeing as it was 4pm. Showed up at 440, great! Sat down to eat and all 3 pizzas were not cooked all the way. My son had a slice that was still dough under the cheese.

I ordered 2 pizzas and some cinnamon sticks. They were supposed to be one pepperoni and one hamburger. The pepperoni had jalapenos, something I never order cause my kids don’t eat jalapeno. The icing to my cinnamon sticks was punctured. They had already been used. Not happy at all. Going to have to travel to Andrews for my little Cesar’s instead. They have better service and affordable pizza that taste amazing. Bad thing is Seminole didn’t have anything close to that

On valentines day I ordered a delivery heart shaped pizza for my husband online. It did not look nice at all. It was really messy and burnt payed $33 something for it and some wings but I felt ripped off with that pizza..
