Ordered online delivery to my hotel, Hawaiian (ham not chicken), it was thick crust and barely cooked and was the worst taste/smell and had dropped burned pieces of sausage or hamburger on top, the pepperoni stuffed crust was burned and crust was very thin, also the cookie…it was burned and not even cut. Tried calling but never get an answer.

We ordered our food to be ready by 1 pm, but the time change messed that up and the computer showed 2 pm.. They were so nice and quickly started our order and it was ready pretty fast! The pizza ans wings were both good!

absolutely horrible customer service, my husband came to pick up his pizza before at 9:50 tonight june 2nd before closing and as soon as he walked in the worker (a female) talked to him so disrespectful and with attitude. telling him why would he just walk in after she mopped. he proceeded to tell her he has been working all day and cannot control working in the mud, after driving all night from dallas. he proceeded to tell her it says theyre open til 10 and not to get mad when paying customers give them business. HORRIBLE customer service, to hear the lady talking to my husband on the phone like this had me livid. i’ve worked customer service for 7 years and i would NEVER talk to someone like that. we will not be back, and i will be calling corporate.

Lol very unprofessional people. They closed the dinning area for their kids. The kids were crawling all over the place, walking through the kitchen and were unattended the whole time we were there. There were cigarettes on the counter that they could’ve got ahold of. Ghetto.

Took a road trip with a friend from Colorado Springs down to Dalhart just for the fun of it, and we arrived at 9 PM or so, and most things were closed by that time, but we saw Pizza Hut was open. Unfortunately had a long wait time for the bread sticks and the pizza, but it was well worth the wait. Probably some of the best crust I’ve ever had.
The Dalhart sign was also a nice thing for a picture memory of my trip down there, definitely recommend.

We had a large veggie pizza with no cheese, and it was great! We also had a 3 topping large, and it was great also! Both hand tossed crusts. We also had plain bread sticks with ranch and marinara.
We called to deliver to our hotel, which was La Quinta, and I was told it was going to be about 70 minutes!!!!
We asked if we picked it up, and he told me 20 minutes! So of course we picked it up. When we got there though it was SLOW for someone to help everyone in line. She told someone it was just two people working, so I understand. If you walk in though I would expect it to take a while if you’re ordering pizzas!

That one $ is a joke. Spent over $55 to have our food served in to-go boxes on top of taking care of our own refills… What’s the point in having a dining area if this is how you’re going to treat your customers. I can pay this amount at the Bowling Alley, and actually get treated like a paying customer. Don’t even get me started on the fact that y’all don’t even offer sweet tea… Pizza Hut has gone done hill. I’ll stick the Little Caesars or the Bowling Alley from now on.
