I ordered a pizza with extra cheese (which costs extra) and when I received the pizza it barely had any cheese at all. I brought it to the employees attention which they replied “that is extra cheese”, so then I asked for a refund and they would not refund me. I then asked for the manager which the employee said he would be right out. I waited about 15 minutes and he/she never came so I left and called corporate. They will not get my money again.

Descent sized location with outstanding service. It’s nice to see they frequently hold children’s birthday parties. I would definitely recommend here over the areas other pizza places. Keep it up.

ABSOLUTELY my favorite Pizza Hut in all of Texas!!!! Hands down!! From San Antonio and every time I come to carizzo I have to stop and eat here! There is something in the dough that just makes it perfect! (Yes I am currently sitting here full tummy and all just thinking about how much I love it)

Needed 15 pizza’s for a hungry Rig Up crew. Most pizza places would groan if you order that many and needed them quick. Only took about 40 minutes. The assorted pizza’s were real good and they helped carry them to my pickup. Very good Pizza Hut in Carrizo Springs !!!

Our family (and friends) enjoyed the time spent together at Pizza Hut in Carrizo Springs, Texas. We received Outstanding Customer Service and, as usual, the were being closely supervised by the manager, Marina Trujillo. She is the ideal person to oversee the service being provided to all customers. If I had a business, I would select her as the primary person to run my business. She is an excellent service provider and cares about the personnel she supervises, as she assists customers herself, working hand-in-hand with all the crew members! I would confidently recommend her for a promotion and a raise!
