1/2/2026 – We ordered and picked up a NY style pizza with some sides, it was already semi-cold at the moment of pickup (like it had been sitting out for a while). When we sat down to eat my partner noticed something on the back of the pizza and told me “Put your pizza down now and STOP EATING IT”.
When I asked what was wrong she showed me the slice and was MORTIFIED when I saw a BUG!!! An insect wing like 1 inch long, baked into the dough!!!
We called immediately and was told by an associate that funds we be refunded to my card in 1-3 business days. Never officially spoke with a manager though even though I asked.
Will be updating, as I gave my email to an associate for the refund. Please do better.

On the 1st of January this year I drove in with family and we decided to stop over at this Pizza Hut!..The place is not clean! The customer service was the worst I’ve ever received! They took forever with my order it was cold!. I asked for a refund for my order and was told I’d get it! After I repeatedly told Leah who was the server at the time that I did not want cheese on the one pizza and did not want anything other than plain margarita on the one before!! Both of these orders were messed up!! For families dietary requirements!! I came back in to complain and showed them And had the vegan pizza taken from me until a lady came from the back high upset and wagging her tail took the pizza told both me and Leah she’ll make a new one and I stopped that immediately and told them I did not have time for it! I didn’t need more time wasting and poor service!!
The Pizza Hut near me in Houston got this order so pristinely accurate!! I thought I could trust Pizza Hut!! They did not give me the key to use their bathroom and first insisted I go next door to a neighbouring sand which shop!.. that has a clear sign on the door for customer only bathrooms! They were closed at the time but I suspect this Pizza Hut try’s to send the few customers they can there to avoid cleaning their already dirty bathrooms! Eventually they gave me a credit card looking card to pry it open!! Between the lock and door edge…They didn’t even try to care about helping!..What an utter disappointment of a global brand!! Anyway Leah told me I’d get my refund in 24hrs and I expressed to her I would be driving out of Austin that same evening heading for Houston! And I asked repeatedly if I needed anything to make sure I get the refund, if she couldn’t just give it to me in cash and insisted they would return the funds to my card!!! It’s the 21st Of January and I still have not received the refund!! In what world do I have to beg Pizza Hut for my money back and be robbed in such a distasteful manor!!
They all know about this and she took my receipt I don’t know what on earth possessed me to allow her to keep my receipt!. I still asked her why she didn’t answer and just said it’s fine the money will be sent in 24hrs!

Placed an order through the website for delivery. Delivery was fine but the order was wrong. When I reached out, I was told I’d be contacted by “Above Store Leadership” which was simply explained as “the leadership team above the store’s management”. They did not fix my order, offer to make it right or offer a refund. Simply said someone would reach out in 1-3 days. I ordered two pan pizzas and they made the hand tossed pizzas instead.
The order also had breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. The breadsticks were dry and chewy and cinnamon sticks cold. It seems like they gave us some old ones, because the pizza arrived hot.
Cannot get orders right and they do nothing do fix it. Quality has dropped significantly from what I remember Pizza Hut to be.

Made a web order for delivery. Somehow after it asked me how much to tip the driver it decided it was a carry out. In a city 2 hours from my house. Why am I tipping a carry out order? When I called to try and cancel the order the girl got an attitude and acted like I was stupid for calling her and hung up on my. Great customer service. Now I have to wait 3 days to get my money back so I can eat.

Placed a $70 order on Halloween to feed my family!! Didn’t receive my whole order when order arrived!! I called pizza hut to let them know about missing items!! The person I talked to asked if I wanted a refund or my food!! I’ll wait for the food because I have to feed my family!! I waited over an hour and called back again!! Just upset because I’m thinking pizza hut would replace my missing items, I just asked for a refund!! The person I talked to lied to me about my refund!! Reach out to customer service through email and still waiting on a response and my refund!! I work too hard for my money just to give it away and couldn’t feed my family!! I ordered one pizza from the restaurant’s website at the thus address.
After an hour and a half of waiting and the food did not arrive, they asked me to wait another 45 minutes for the order and were not willing to compensate me.
so I asked for a full refund and gave up on the meal that evening, I am very disappointed…
Next time I will just order from Domino’s Pizza.

Yall should get at least 3 drivers. What do you mean you dont have drivers around 8-8pm? Why is pizza hut outsourcing thru doordash? Not willing to pay for a “remade” cold pizza that takes another 50 minutes. I ordered at 7pm and its 9pm and havent received an update nor answer thru phone

Absolutely amazing pizzas and impeccable service and love the classic and unique Pizza Hut ambience inside. The Supreme Pan Pizza I’ve had is probably the best quality pizza in the best I’ve had in the US and trust me I’ve eaten at plenty of Pizza Hut restaurants all over the US. And the service was excellent. I was asked at the end of my meal whether I enjoyed my experience and if there was anything else I’d like. And, even though the counter rep made a mistake with my order, he kindly offered me the wrongly prepared pizza instead of throwing it in the trash. That kinda service speaks volume. I said that I was tanked and that I’d like to donate it to the young couple next to me, with which he obliged and they dearly thanked me for. Best return restaurant in Texas…for me at least. Keep up the great work guys!
