A couple of weeks ago when the store first opened up, things were a little hectic. Now it looks like staff and management are doing very well. I had my whole family and everyone loved the pizza, wings and bread sticks. The was delicious! I just wanted to give everyone that works at this location a shout out. Our recent experience was highly unsatisfactory, marked by a significant delay of 84 minutes in receiving our order. Furthermore, I subsequently experienced illness, which I attribute to the food consumed. Upon attempting to address these concerns, the issue was attributed to DoorDash. However, our order was placed directly through your website, and as DoorDash is your chosen delivery partner, we hold your establishment accountable. We have historically received exceptional service from Domino’s, a company that consistently demonstrates accountability and prioritizes customer satisfaction. Consequently, we will be returning our patronage to Domino’s, as they employ their own delivery personnel and assume responsibility for their services. Unlike you.

Since this location just opened and it was mom’s night out this dad got pizza for the kids. I ordered online for carry out. The food was ready right on time. The pizza was cooked perfectly as was the brownie. I was impressed how good everything went with a newly opened location.
One thing I liked was some limited seating which will be handy.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. The staff was unresponsive and did not provide clear or accurate timelines for the order. I was told different things at different times, which made the wait frustrating and confusing.
There also seemed to be a lack of proper coordination, as even the manager did not appear to have a clear understanding of the situation or how to handle it efficiently. Overall, the service needs significant improvement in communication and customer handling.

I ordered 2 med. Pizzas, wings, & breadsticks at 4:21pm for delivery on a Tuesday afternoon. It stated delivery to be at 4:51. At 5:25 I called to check the status of our order as the app didnt show it to be out for delivery yet. The lady said “I have your order right here. Hopefully it gets to you soon.” I asked if she had any idea of when it would be on its way? Her reply was “The driver just left with 2 other orders so hopefully soon, sorry I dont have a way to track him.” Our pizza arrived at 6:06. The boxes the pizzas were in were soggy from the steam. The pizzas were luke warm. I know the place is new and I hope they can work through this problem. I hate to say this but we would have probably been better off ordering off of door dash. I feel after being over an hour late we should have gotten a discount or even a coupon for future visits. I think we will stick with the smaller local pizza places and stay away from the chain restaurants. They seem to care about their customers more. My husband said the Cajun dry rub wings were really good. Our pizzas were probably alot better when they were fresh.

I don’t have super high standards for pizza hut (or any of the major chains), but this was particularly bad. Dough undercooked, and stretched obscenely thin to the point of transparency. No sauce. Wrong meat….
It’s been a year or so since I’ve ordered pizza hut, but I remember the one on Leander being tolerable unlike this one.

Love pizza hut over the others but when we had our pizza delivered by a “third party” I knew it was going to be cold… give these guys some bags to keep it warm. If I wanted crappy door dash food I would have ordered that. Maybe just do carry out next time…

Hooray a new option for pizza delivery….. Not quite. The food is decent. But the delivery experience is absolutely terrible. And on tup of that the customer service is impossibly bad. If you don’t mind waiting 2 hours for a delivery on a regular Tuesday then this is your go to.

We waited for over 45 minutes to eat in house. They forgot to make our pizza. Andrew was nice but that was about it. The atmosphere was loud and the customers were rude. Our pizza tasted like chemicals and metal. I will go to Georgetown next time.
