I came in with my 6 year old and the menu screen was flashing I barely caught the display. I asked the counter person what deals they had, she didn’t answer she just whispered over quickly to a co worker about a older that was ready. I felt a bit rushed so I said how much is your small pizza she said depends on the toppings I only want pepperoni. She said 8+ some change. Order is ready in 13 mins. My daughter and I sit down to wait. And when my order was ready she brings it to the table. I looked at it and said ma’am I didn’t order a personal pizza. Sam the so called Manager is very rude the pizza was dropped and shifted to the side , she said she would refund the money and not re make a new pizza, we will not order from here again ! I will reach out to corporate on this as well. We spent $139 bucks as well as pictures to prove it!!

I walked into Pizza Hut and was greeted by a staff that looked like they’d just stepped out of a “stoner chic” photo shoot. Half of them appeared to be high off their rocker, yet still somehow managing to assemble the world’s most delightful pizza. Honestly, it’s a miracle they remembered to put the cheese on before the toppings. But hey, whatever they were on clearly worked, because the pizza was *chef’s kiss* perfect! If you’re looking for quality pizza and a little unintentional comedy, this is the place.

Bunch of morons at this location ! Ordered 1 pizza and wings and the driver acts oblivious to the fact there was a second item while handing me the receipt. Can’t wait to order and never tip – called today the next day to have order fixed manager refused to replace the order said we should have called the same night but every time I called I was sent to a call center . Extremely rude manager needs to learn customer service will never order from this ELGIN TX location again or any of my family for that matter
