Ordered a pizza. I was asked to wait in the front, and that my pizza would be brought out to me. No problem. I see the man who works at the window (may have been a manager) leave to deliver, and my pizza was never brought out to me. I had to walk in and get it. Absolutely no problem doing so; however, my problem is, that they need to communicate with each other to make this drive thru location runs smoothly. I always leave a decent tip for their work and for them to bring it to me.

I’ve never had an issue with Pizza Hut until yesterday. I received 1 regular delicious pizza, and 1 that looked like it came from Little Caesars. It did not taste good at all. The garlic sauce was clearly made in-house, not sure if that’s standard for this location or they just happened to run out of the actual garlic sauce, but it had had so much garlic that it was inedible. Very disappointing.

I placed an online order at a time that they were not busy, about 1:35 pm. The App showed the process and gave a delivery time of 2:11 pm. At 2:30 pm I called and was told that it just got out of the oven. The App did not show this. The pizza came at 2:50 pm, and I live just across the street. It also looks a little bit burnt.

Person working on 7/29/25 around 7pm was exceptionally rude. If there is a lobby with chairs, paying customers can wait inside the lobby until the the order is ready; don’t make them get back in the car and go through the drive thru just to have them go back through the drive thru again because the order of the person behind them is ready. This does not make sense. There are lobbies for waiting! Customer service was beyond poor.

The ad in the paper is for a detroit style pizza. It’s not part of rhe coupon options. It’s about $12. I tried to create a combo like on the coupons, 8 wings. W delivery it was $28.12 plus a $4 tip. These wings are a JOKE. Save your money and get wings from wing stop. A medium deep dish for $12 = eat in. I’m amazed at how little meat was on these wings. Puro breading and sauce.
