We went to dine in during lunch hour, got our order taken by a girl. We waited an hour after only getting our salads and drinks. She came to ask if we were missing anything, after an hour. We were missing our whole meal. Horrible customer service. Worst pizza hut I been to!

Placed the order for a pan and stuff crust. I got two thin crust. Worst thing is that I waited an hour and a half for it. I waited at home until I got the notice that it was ready. I went In to pick up the pizza and they said it wasn’t ready. I waited 50 minutes only to get the wrong order. I didn’t open the box until I got home.

Ordered pizza and pasta on 4.14.22, Elsa Pizza Hut. It was great. The family was completely satisfied. Quite possibly the best pizza we’ve had from there. Compliments to the staff that evening.

Good pizza, but the curbside pick-up service is quite abysmal. You can check in and then have to wait from 5 to 15 minutes for them to come out to confirm it’s you, then they’ll bring you your food. It’s happened almost every time that I’ve visited, not just a one-time thing. Haven’t dined in, tho so I can’t tell you about that.

Manager was apologetic and even offered to refund the additional $4 overcharge, but it was not their fault since the price on the coupons weren’t the same as what the telephone rep saw on her system. Pizza was delicious, but the size seemed to be smaller for what I recall was 8 years ago.

Got to restaurant on time yet they made me wait an additional 10 minutes. Had to tell another lady if my order was almost out and when she checked she smirked and said it was ready all along. When I got home I opened the box of wings and was surprised to see the small size of wings! I swear they used 4 wings, broke them in half and tried to pass them off as 8 wings.
