This pizza hut canceled my order and failed to notify my by email, text or call. We had to arrive and be told oh yeah we cancelled that and were supposed to call you but didn’t bother. I completely understand the needing to cancel due to a lack of supplies, but the lack of communication plus the reality of we could have went to another store just 5 mins down the street or even better just send us that way instead. Absolutely trash service tonight from this pizza hut. Heres my order number. 126581687 . Also instead of cancelling it they marked my order as complete to finesse their numbers to look good.

So apparently if you get stuffed crust pizza they don’t put toppings or cheese on about half of the pizza, look at the slice on the right. We ordered pepperoni and bacon, it has the lightest dusting of bacon and if we were lucky we got one or two pepperoni per slice.
Tasted fine if not good, just a little disappointing on the toppings and the amount of actual cheese and sauce on the pizza. We definitely got a breadstick if not a double what size breadstick per slice almost.

I ordered my food online… I paid for delivery and paid for a tip… it said it was gonna be delivered in 20-30 minutes… I keep looking at my order and it never said preparing.. I kept updating it and it stayed on placed order… an hour goes by and nothing… I try calling the store and they answer and hang up. Then I call again, they answer but put me on hold before I could say anything… I was on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up… I called the store repeatedly 8-9 times and no answer… so I got in my truck and went to the store and asked for a refund… WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I will NEVER order from that store again.

The guy behind the counter was using inappropriate language when a CUSTOMER was in the lobby. He looked like a cook or something. I was waiting for my friends food and the manager had to help me when he just kept looking at me. The Manager, Leah was very apologetic and helpful. Only good part about coming into the store.

Delivery guy had me tripping out.
I told him I didn’t have a lot to tip. I only had two dollars on me so I asked if he had change for a 20.
It seemed like he didn’t know how to mental math because he wasn’t sure how much he owed.. 5 10 15 20 pretty simple if you ask me.
He pulls out the money and starts to count. I tell him while he’s counting let me grab that 20 bill. I come back, and he’s sure that he already handed me the 15, but I assure him that I left before he could finish counting. He then proceeds to ask me if I could double check for the money he didn’t give me. I stood outside with him for about 5-10 minutes. For the fourth time he asks me to check my pockets (they are still empty)
Finally he gives me my 15, and then after taking up all my time he asks if I’m keeping the two dollars bills or giving it to him. I only got a medium pizza so I was already tipping over 15% alone so not sure why he’s bugging. I’m sure he didn’t mean to come off the way he did, but he made me feel very uncomfortable. Asking me to empty out my pockets several times and then asks if I’m keeping the rest of my money!! This guy pissed me off, the audacity! I say goodbye and have a great night and as I’m closing the door, he is still standing there scratching his head. I thought he was going to knock again and bother me the whole night. I ordered hand tossed, and got thin crust instead but didn’t care to report.
Will visit a different location next time.

My pizza literally had no cheese just pure sauce. It came cold, some of the pepperoni was burnt and it was not enjoyable at all. I tried to leave a comment through the app and I doesn’t not have the option to do so. The service was fast but it seems like my pizza just gets worse with every order. This isn’t how a pizza should be made or what it should look like.
[12/4/24] Review Update: I can say my look on this pizza hut location has changed tremendously! Since they got new management and workers, the pizzas and service has improved greatly! So, I’m moving the Star Rating!

This is my favorite Pizza Hut shop. I will go out of my way to order carry-out just to be assigned this store. If I order delivery, I get assigned another store and they always seem to miss something on my order. This shop always makes my order to PERFECTION. No mistakes and handled with care. I APPRECIATE them and their staff. Everyone is always friendly and timely with my order. Best store in town! Thank you!
