Our pizzas were cold as if they just just took an older pepperoni pizza and added my extra toppings and put it in the over for an few mins Making it burnt at the bottom and edges and having an stale taste and texture, they barely put cheese on both pizza!!!! My cinnamon sticks aren’t even cinnamon sticks they’re the bread for garlic bread sticks and there was an long hair under the ingredients of the pizza 3 topping pizza. They did this on purpose because I place my order around 8pm to have it deliver at 1030 they close at 11pm which it now is. They were in an rush in an hurry to go home early I’m assuming.

One pizza was missing a topping and only had pepperoni on the top 1/3 of it nearest the exposed crust, about 2 pieces per slice. Crust was under baked. Other pizza had a thin crust that was very soggy. Boneless wings were in an incredably tangy sauce. Not what I was expecting and not worth the money at all!

I haven’t had Pizza Hut since I was a kid. Thought I would order delivery in Calallen. Big mistake. 15minutes to “order” via phone. Simple pizza and wings. Lady had me spell, phonetically spell, repeat, then repeated wrong to me etc. 1 hour later they call me to ask for CC# again. Then driver calls me from a totally different address! Why do they hire these people to answer phones (Call center in India)?! One cold, squashed box and missing ranch later….it arrived. Manager attempted to convince me that it was my fault that THEIR call center screwed it up. He said I had only ordered 1 hr prior which is balogna because that is when he called me for CC# info again. Guess I was born yesterday. That’s today’s customer (non) service.

I went and loved how the establishment looked and the amazing service from a lady named Josie, although I do have to say the location was rather way too hot. I don’t understand why pizza hut has their employees working in such hot conditions that I didn’t want to even dine in. Hopefully this location does better!

I put in an order around 5 pm Sat. 3-9-24, for the store in Robstown Tx. Since I am about 20 miles in Petronila Tx, they would not deliver. I picked up the order and drove home to discover that the total order was wrong. The manager said that if I kept the order he would give me $25 credit for future order. But the order was nothing that I wanted. He said he would redo the order but no credit. I drove the 20 miles again only to realize when I got home that the order they gave me was obviously the original order, about 2 hours old by the time I got home, not a redone order. Pizza and bread sticks were cold and tuff and not fresh. Chicken wings were cold. I will never shop there again. The mgr. Never offered any concession. I decided to deal with upper management on the internet. Still waiting to hear from them.

Yesterday’s Pizza Hut experience was top notch!! I wish I had written down the delivery driver’s name, but she was awesome!! Thank you for bringing the order inside for my friend that had surgery and unable to make it to the door!! Your customer service was exceptional!! Thank you!!
