The bread sticks were salty, the pizza dry. Two years ago I got pizza hut (in a different state) that was made incorrectly. I didn’t wait for a remake and got something else. I wish I had this time as well.
While the toppings were acceptable there was little sauce and cheese… did I mention how dry the pizza was?

$97 got uncooked, flat, no seasoning breadsticks. Every pizza had disgusting soggy uncooked dough and none had the seasoned dough that I ordered. The hand tossed and the pan pizza were both as thin as a thin and crispy yet they were so soggy it wasn’t edible. Disgusting!! Then they didn’t even give me the drinks that I ordered and paid for. The inside of the store is dirty and needs to be cleaned really bad. I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down yet. I will never order from here again. I DO NOT recommend this place.

The thin and crisp “EDGE” pizza is more like gross and floppy! The dough never got crisp even after two times in the pizza hut oven and once in toaster at home. Service horrible! Everyone working in the restaurant was on there phone. No one working except one poor guy in the back! The server acted mad too have to refill drinks. Do better!

WORST!!! Experience ever. Everytime I think, it’s been a while so ot has to have improved, they prove me wrong. Ordered a 3 topping pizza and wings. Wings mediocre as usual. Pizza… cut ever way you could cut a pizza and then some. Part of the pizza, little or no toppings. Some slices an inch wide, others 6 inches wide. What r they thinking? It wasn’t even busy, 1 other customer eating in restaurant. Was also told I could get my own drink. Hate for her to heav to work or preform ANY kind of Customer Service…. DONE with i!!I!!!

This Pizza Hut is disgusting, dirty tables, dirty windows, and they can’t even cook the pizza completely or cut it properly. Our waitress truly seems burdened by customers being in here. I asked for sauces when we ordered, she forgot them when she brought us our half cooked pizza and I simply reminded her.. She then came back and threw our sauces on the table at us and just walked away immediately. When we came in and sat down for dine in, she didn’t even approach the table, she talked from the register asking, “are you dining in?” I mean isn’t that obvious when a customer is sitting in your dining room? I love Pizza Hut and am a loyal customer, but I am warning you do NOT eat at this location. Having a snotty poor attitude is one thing, but when your putting people’s health at risk by not even taking the time to cook the food properly it’s a completely different story. Also, i’m not sure when they started serving pizza with the utensil laying across the top of your pizza.

Every order I place is always hot and fresh. Employees are friendly and acknowledge me once I get to the counter. I live in a different town that has their own Pizza Hut, but choose to drive to the Mathis location because of the service and quality.

Have given this place several chances. They never fail to fail. Ordered 2 medium pizzas & a 16 piece boneless wings with sauce on the side. Wings came out drowning in sauce, had to be remade, First pizza came out ok, 2nd pizza was ordered with light sauce, it came out 15 minutes later with no sauce. Drinks came out in bottles, only slightly cooler than room temperature, we had to flag down the waitress and ask for cups & ice. As usual, sub-par food quality & sub-par service.
