This use to be our go to. I don’t know what has changed in the last few months but boy has it gone downhill. I ordered a large stuff crust pizza tonight and when I got home I noticed there was no sauce on the pizza. I called them to let them know and they asked me to bring it back to remake it. Okay cool. I get there and show him the pizza and he’s like WOW. Yeah there’s really no sauce. He brings out the remake and it’s the same exact way. I told him this looks like the one I just brought back. He goes to say he can only use a medium scoop of pizza sauce on a large pizza because it has stuffed crust. (so apparently you decide if you want sauce or stuffed crust). He told me next time to order extra sauce. I will let the picture speak for itself. Hey management….your staff needs to do better.

I called in an order on my drive back from Austin on a long day. Specifically to a different Pizza Hut than the one closest to me. Because of the terrible service I had. This was a new location.
The agent on the call got my name wrong and didn’t ask for correct spelling. I assumed my account populated automatically. It didn’t.
The gentleman at the Pizza Hut, said they could still find it, and it was in fact already made and ready, he opened to show me the box and I could see that my directions were not followed. He proceeded to ask me if it was okay, and I’m not one to really complain, if it means I have to sit and wait for another one to be made right. He stated “ you can be honest with us.” Which honestly made my night, and although I still did not express my disappointment. He double checked with his manager, I believe her name was Rachel, who confirmed that there was a remake ordered on it already, and it had just came out, when he opened the second box, there was a big difference. It was the best pizza I had in a long time, and worth the drive, and new location. I will be back.

Terrible service.I’m an Amazon driver.One of their employees tried to charge me 22$ dollars for a 7$ pizza. I called her out on it in left without getting a Pizza. I tried to come back a week later and the manager’s refusing me service. Pizza Hut is terrible in the first place. The only reason I come here is because it was on my route and now Pizza Hut is even lower on my list.

I did it, I ordered again for pick up.
Chicago tavern is a spiced up thin crust needing a bit more cheese, and the pan cheese pizza needed more cheese…
Paid for extra cheese… :/ but –
Seemed a tad better than before.
Older guy cutting pie seemed okay and the young man at computer got up to help this visit. Food was decently made but that’s not exactly what customers want. Not impressed but going a better direction.

What a rip off you order online your pizza comes out five dollar cheaper but if you order in person, Sam order five dollar expensive is not the money, but is the principal and place looks filthy also

No wonder Pizza Hut are closing it’s doors.After I placed my order online and paid for it, I went to pick it up and I was told that since is been more than an hr they throwed away my pizza and when I ask the manager Jush to remake it he said that I have to pay for it again.When I ask for my refund he said that it will take 3 business day to get my money back (that is normal ) but when I ask for my refund receipt he said he doesn’t have an access to give me the refund receipt….I don’t know what kind of establishment is this but I know I will never going back to this location.
